@@MRR7 yes.i had decide to go for the transalp,as i always was an on/off guy,although rarely i go to dirt,but now that they made all the changes i want,maybe i think it again,i love this sound

Thanks for your feedback. I try to avoid the inside of the corners because there sometimes is debris or slippery surface . And if my bike slips in that area I will slide into the incoming traffic.

@@MRR7 Idk what my skills have to do with the lack of yours? The proof of you riding like a retard is out there, you posted it yourself. Doing 120+ in a 30, crossing double solid lines, overtaking where it is forbidden, overtaking where you can't see oncoming traffic, the way you jerk the throttle in said corner, the way you take the corner at 2:20 (too early on the throttle while adding lean angle, then realizing you can't make the corner like this so you let off the throttle again on corner exit). I could go on and on, but you won't get it anyway.

Awesome comment! There's a new bike that might tick all your boxes : MV Agusta Enduro Veloce 2024. Beauty is subjective tough. The Transalp only looks good from the sides and from the back. Did you check out the Triumph Tiger 900? Or a KTM Adventure 890?

@@MRR7 Thank you! I like the Triumph, especially the Rally? edition as it comes with the skid plate, etc. I heard very bad things about the KTM's reliability, so I didn't bother. So, what did it for me was the Honda's price just under $10k. I did just check out the MV Agusta's website; it looks very similar to the Ducati DesertX. I cannot tell how much they cost. If it's $2k cheaper than a Ducati, I might go for it. But there are virtually no MV Agusta dealerships around me. There are 2 Ducati dealerships within 30 miles - that does make a difference when it comes to servicing those Italian beauties. I'll certainly keep an eye on them, though. Honestly, if I went practical with this Honda, then I should go for straight fun for my 2nd bike. I'm thinking Hypermotard.

AT is not so nimble on twisty roads, not sporty like the Tracer 9 , the engine is not as refined. But it's meant for a different purpose and it's great.

I appreciate your comment, but the camera's wide angle makes it look different than the reality. In reality I can see farther and slow down in time. I also know this area well

Thank you! The new Transalp is great if you want to keep riding the same style. The Hornet is not good for longer rides and is not very comfortable. The suspension is stiff.

They have superb fueling , if you try they are docile at speed limits

It's normal for this kind of bikes , the pegs are really low. It let's you know when you're leaned at the maximum angle given by the manufacturer , for safety.
