In this video I have focused on the two new bridges over the Brisbane River - the newly opened Neville Bonner Bridge at Southbank, and the Kangaroo Point bridge at the Waterfront Precinct.

Yamba is a pleasant spot for a holiday, still fairly laid back compared to other coastal towns. It is also a great place to fly a drone, even though we were restricted at times by strong winds and rain. This trip we took the time to explore along the river, which was quite enjoyable.

Sydney's northern beaches are the most beautiful anywhere, and I was lucky to film this video in perfect weather. I couldn't resist the ferry trip from Circular Quay to Manly to start off - the best way to appreciate the beauty of Sydney Harbour.

It was interesting to see the island again since the fires. The damage is still evident in the burnt trees but the re-vegetation is amazing - so green. The saddest part is the scarcity of wildlife. Boonah is a very pleasant town about 90 km from Brisbane and a good base to explore the Scenic Rim. On this trip we explored the dams, and back roads through the mountains, and returned to Brisbane via Canungra and the Hinze Dam near the Gold Coast.

In light of the devastation inflicted on the East Coast of Canada by Hurricane Fiona, I decided to upload this video of our last trip to Nova Scotia, where we visited the fortress of Louisbourg and the Cabot Trail. The Maritimes is a beautiful area and where Linda grew up.

The bear lodge stay was a bucket list item that did not disappoint. Flying from Vancouver Island to Knight Inlet in a 1953 Beaver float plane was just the start of a great experience. The area around Maleny and Montville is a wonderful green and scenic place to spend a few days. After years of driving by the Glasshouse Mountains we decided to explore them up close and put the drone up for a new perspective, The waterfalls are not spectacular but are very pleasant to visit.
