Diagnosing Crohn’s disease in children
Просмотров 1822 месяца назад
In this video, we’ll explore the challenges of diagnosing Crohn’s disease in children through biopsy. Granulomas, particularly subtle microgranulomas, hold significant diagnostic value. When granulomas/ microgranulomas are identified, the likelihood of aggressive disease is higher. Additionally, lymphocytic esophagitis serves as another indicator of a more severe disease progression. Chronicity...

The level and type of background music is terrible
I'm desperate. My son has a tumor on his skull that wraps around his jaw, the drs keep saying perspective Euwing due to finding one EWSR1 in his biopsy. They have done molecular testing but just told me they have to re-do this(why?)His PET scan didn't light up but drs said they are going to treat as a Ewing. Where should I take my boy to figure this out. I am told only 1% has euwings starting on skull. They started him on chemo but don't even know if it's definite Euwings nor if it will shrink the tumor.

I struggled with Eosinophilic Esophagitis for years, but IAFA Ayurveda's natural formulations have been a game-changer. Their holistic approach provided significant relief and improved my quality of life. I highly recommend their treatments to anyone seeking effective, natural solutions for managing EoE symptoms.
Great thanks

Can we get more in depth videos. Cheers
Greatly appreciated
Good video. Thank you.
Thank you. I'm very concerned about my hyperplastic polyps dx and it being a mistake. I'm thinking that not a complete polyp was removed, but rather just a tiny portion of two. I have multiple polyps in three regions high in the rectum and they are painful. I'm going to pursue answers.
I got this condition after accidentally inhaling too many welding fumes containing hexavalent chromium which is a compound 1000 times more carcinogenic than cigarette smoke. Hexavalent chromium reduces into chromium 3 after doing cell damage, it is also a genotoxin. Im not sure if my esophahitis was caused by the cell damage from chromium VI reducing itself to chromium 3, or if it was caused afterwards from an overload of chromium 3 in my cells. I hear the half life of chromium in the body is 4 years. Hoping that my condition improves every 4 years if the chromium leaves the body. Wondering if you have any insight on my condition?
What about microgranulomas in adult crohn patients?
Thank you! facinating cases!
Great video, were you also able to compare the endoscopic findings, family history and serological test results? Thanks
Wonderful, tanq
Thank you
😮❤
These are of great educational value and help. Thank you
Deeply appreciated
amazing video
How to eliminate it doctor?
GREAT! its precisely to identify these coccoid or cocco-bacillary forms that we resorted to IHC for Hpylori; the staining is usually so crisp; we are thereby saving a lot of time and are less stressful! previously, we were trying to identify only on H&E.Tanq.
this is really fantastic, Vikram, many thanks indeed. Would you do something on the spy glass biopsies of the bile ducts- we have started getting these from today? Thanks.
a fun way, tanq
Do you know dr selim nasser?
i do!
@@vik_deshpandeMD i figured so 😊 since he visits the US frequently and sometimes do some advanced molecular studies on special rare cases in Harvard I work for him for a long time and i always watch your much needed enriched pathology gems.
