I love your channel. I'm moving to Kentucky and this really saves me time looking at different manufactured homes. I especially love seeing the homes with drywall and really nice utility/mud rooms.

Well, I guess I would hang up toilet paper holders. Other than that, I can't find a thing to do to this one. I may just buy this!

Love this home, if the dealership I bought mine from had offered this model and close to the price I bought mine for I would have chosen this one. This is the big sister to mine. I also wish the 3 cute little windows in the master bedroom had been available when I got mine, its a new option on the Epic series. Great tour!

This home is awesome! Great size, floorplan and colors in/out! To make it mine, I would add carpeting to the bedrooms, family and living rooms. I would also add opening windows in the master bathroom closet and laundry room. Thanks for another tour of a great house!

I lioke the two large closets in the main bedroom. Also the butler pantry.

This place was awesome especially for the price, I live in Virginia and the homes here are no different, in some cases same manufacturer but the prices are quite a bit higher, this home would be at least $139k to @150k and that does not include set up.

I love the set up, very nice, no carpet is a plus for me as well, like you said area rugs and the built in microwave at counter level so you're not reaching up to take hot foods or liquids out, a woman must have had a hand in the layout because it flows so well.

I think it needs some windows in the bathrooms and maybe a couple more minutes to out set hallway is awful dark

Love this house! Floorplan is a little different! Like the feature wall, but would want two small D/H windows on each side for cross ventilation. Also, full size opening windows in the hall and guest bath. A full size opening window on the back wall of the master bedroom; again, cross ventilation, and one in the laundry room. Shutters on all the windows. Finally, carpeted bedrooms and it would be perfect for me! Love your tours as is, the banter between the two of you cracks me up! Again, would love if you would reveal your faces! ❤too!

Really like this home too; especially, the hidden laundry/pantry room. Would rather not have the island however. A nice long white table would be perfect in the kitchen area. I wonder too if there is room for a double bed in the smallest bedroom? Very nice home and layout!

Really like this home. Only thing I would change is, eliminating the island in the kitchen. I like a larger kitchen table. Most of the new homes have islands....Don't really care for them.

It's super large with lots of wall space. I like the openness of the kitchen and living room. I also like all the room in the bathroom. I would have room to put shelves and things. So thanks for sharing and have a nice day.
