Im was kinda confused when you said that the center ring on the 3d target was a 12 and if its IBO targets the center is 11 and in ASA the center ring is a 10 but the lower ring is a 12 and obviously if called the upper is a 12, just curious what u mean by the center ring is a 12

Retired arborist...lifetime canadian hunter.,...tried and experimenred with a lot of the ideas and mods out there. It doesnt seem to stop!! Im used to ropes and rigging. But honestly ...not much different from a mobile treestand . I think treestand is better. I do both. Both fun. Will continue to do both. Everything seems too gear related. A lot of dangling ropes!! Nothing beats hunting from the ground as far as challenging goes. In my opinion. Its all fun. And exciting. At least it should be. Enjoy mother nature. Just my opinion..do what evercthe hell you want!! Peace out!!

I don’t doubt that they are good enough arrows. I personally can’t justify buying a Chinese made product when there are superior American made ones. I am a frugal bastard, too. I most recently bought blemished Gold Tip shafts off eBay and built them myself to save a buck. And Amazon is worse than Wal-Mart when it comes to exploiting Americans - both in the labor force and in the customer base - folks who thinks that saving a buck is more important than supporting an American company. Buying Chinese is unavoidable with most things, but not with arrows. How do you justify it? I’m really tempted to try them, but just can’t. It feels wrong.

On bows 36" cam to cam or less you use a release,... on bows 37" cam to cam or more you can shoot with fingers.

Best thing to do with mechanicals is switch to fixed heads .

We took lock on sticks and put them on all the trees we was hunting then just went in with our saddle and platform of course if your on public its hard to do that but all you private land guys like myself it made more sense for me to do that then keep bringing sticks everytime

Just another comment about these arrows. I bought the Dragon 10's about a month ago. I finally got them cut down over the weekend and started shooting. I'm very impressed with how these arrows fly. My previous arrows were Gold Tip---also at ,001 straightness tolerance. These are just as good--maybe better. After shooting them I would advise people to buy them at a greater stiffness tolerance than what they would normally shoot. My bow is a PSE EVO EVL 32 and I shoot at 27 1/2 draw length----67lbs. These arrows are cooking coming off my bow. I don't know what speeds I'm getting but they fly fast and straight.

I just received an order of these arrows. Got a question: These arrows seem pretty lightweight. I bought them in 300 spine and they seem stiff enough. I'm shooting a 342 IBO bow at 27 1/2 inch draw length, but should I be shooting a heavier insert and broadhead? I'm gonna hunt with these but it seems that they are as light as a feather. Should I replace the inserts with something heavier?

Those look like they fly good. I’m thinking about buying some. I shoot gold tip velocity arrows right now. Do you think that these will fly as good as a standard gold tip hunting arrow like the hunters or velocity’s? If so I might buy like 2-3 packs of them just because the price is so good I don’t see how they can keep selling them so cheap. Also do you think standard .246 components will fit in them? As I'm sure other people may have commented, those only open when they go into the medium. They aren't rear deploying heads, so you're not going to get a huge entry wound outside the medium. Also, if you pulled it back out, the backwards motion would flip the blades closed.

I don't even usually use a platform or ros. 2TC is the best way bar none and eliminates all the stick and srt nonsense. Weighs 3.5 lbs total including saddle and is dead quiet. I have absolutely none of the problems you're experiencing.

It sounds like you bought a bunch of cheap crap. This is user error. Don't be cheap and it will be comfortable.

They are not a cut on contact head. They open as they pass through, and always close on the way out for ease of extraction. I promise if you hit a deer with that thing it’s going to look like a fatality from mortal Kombat all over the place. Keep the dogs at home too cuz chances are the deer will be very easy to find . If you do not give the grim reapers a shot man you’re messing up. I won’t use another broadhead they are phenomenal. IMHO . Just a friendly bit of advice. Watch um drop.

Just ordered these after watching this. Going to completely rebuild it for my hunting set up but still 24 .001 for $80. Can't beat it!

Nice video. Just before Christmas 2023 Amazon had them on sale. I told my nephew, he's in the Army, about them. I have used Gold Tip Pro's for decades, but we decided to try these because of the price and the straightness claims. I use a standard .244 knock also with a custom FOB.

NOBODY can beat me up a tree with arrow nocked and ready using a saddle. And in these Southern States, there's a straight tree behind every tree. my Summit climber weighs 16 pounds.

The sevr and the crossbow rated grimreaper pro series are great i typically run there 2" 2 blade pro i do have 7 2" 150 sevr rubusto and 12 of the 1.5" sevr titanium.

Learning curve is completely different. You don’t have the same challenges as using a compound or recurve bow. Only people that should be able to use crossbows are youth, seniors, and medical exceptions
