Never did find the plans for your router table....
Great review. What is the height of the table from the floor? After more use any additional thoughts on this saw? I'm considering this model over the Powermatic pm-1500.
Are you still happy with your hammer band saw? Thanks
👍👍🇧🇪
I have ordered this saw. Do you still like it?
A pity Sean you still have no video discussing how you use the saw and how satisfied you are with it. Cheers Christian
Great Video, looking at one of these but the specification seems to differ, one thing I would be interested is the maximum width of blade the spec says 20mm but other reviews say 25mm, and what makes it more confusing is the blade tension graph when the top door is open shows max blade width 35mm. Would you be able to confirm what you can put on this N4400 saw?.
thanks for sharing. I see it getting some use in your instagram. As your tools have settled in, when are you using this relative to your tablesaw?
Could you tell me if the wheels are 3” or 4” diametre. Thanks
For an over $4K bandsaw (w/ a few attachments like this extension table) this is a pathetic design. Hey Hammer/Felder - how about two collared/tabbed washers and adjustment screws to EASILY adjust/level prior to tightening? The instructions that come with the bandsaw (much like a bandsaw blade) are non-existent. Thanks for the videos, though, you are making up for what is lacking in the product design and instructions.
hello, please can you tell me what`s the diameter of the LONG axis and the wheels ?? many thanks guenther
Hi, where did you purchased the table extension from? Can you provide a link? Thanks
Would be great to see a video of how the bandsaw actually performs in your opinion! Best Christian
I am wondering why your bandsaw has a footpedal brake! Is that new?
Foot breaking has been around forever.👍🏝️🇨🇦
Great job Sean! Thank you for sharing the video with us!💖👍👌😎JP
Thanks 👍
Your very welcome Sean! Have a wonderful week!😎
That is one fine set up there, Sean.
Thanks Steve!
Nice job. Beautiful bandsaw! 🖖
Thanks Jay! I'm fortunate to have it that's for sure.
@@simplecoveoffcuts3672 I hope I have the same feeling soon! I'd enjoy that bandsaw.
Great video Sean! Thank you for sharing with us!💖👌👍😎JP
Thanks JP!
Your very welcome Sean! Have a wonderful week!😎
Well explained, Sean. I was surprised by the amount the wheel shaft stuck out on the sides and could see this might be a tripping (and a bunch of cussing :>)) issue for me.
Thanks Steve! I've had a couple people say that but it's really not an issue unless you walk really close to your saw(like your hip would have to be touching the saw to get close enough). It only sticks out about 2 inches from the wheel give or take.
@@simplecoveoffcuts3672 Good, I guess if it ever caused a problem it could be cut down too.
very very interesting. I asked for a quotation for this model on friday, let's see if they make me a good price
Awesome! Good luck!
Thanks for the info Sean! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks for watching, Fred!
Awesome stuff Sean! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks Fred!
very interesting. I'm about to change my bandsaw and I'm evaluating hammer (maybe the smaller model) and minimax. this will be helpful
Im really happy so far with the quality of this saw. It's very nice. I'll have more videos out over the coming weeks on the saw and accessories.
Wow, very nice band saw and what I consider to be a good price for this quality, Sean!
Thanks Steve. It really is, and the accessories put it over the top for me.
Nice saw Sean! What a huge upgrade from your old saw.
Haha yeah, it's night and day for sure. Thanks Guy!
Really good looking bandsaw! Congrats!
Thanks Jay!
Nice video Sean! Thanks for sharing it with us.👌👍😎JP
Thanks JP!
Your very welcome Sean! Have a wonderful week!😎
Well done video, Sean.
Thanks Steve!
"I don't often build large furniture", he says after immediately finishing a giant bubinga cabinet. I call shenanigans!
haha thats the rare 2 year build! But actually, I only used the 31" besseys on the bubinga cabinet build. I honestly don't remember why i bought the 51" clamps..
Awesome stuff Sean! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Thanks Fred!
I like this style of video a lot. You mixed the vlog style of format with some footage of fixing things. It's a good mix.
Thanks Nick! I'm glad to hear that. I enjoy making quick videos like this but folks dislike them on my main channel.
Nice one, Sean. I notice you have the Grizzly dust collector I’ve been thinking about buying. Do you recommend it?
It's a great machine and has served me well. I will eventually replace it for a cyclone but I don't regret buying it a few years ago.
Cool stuff Sean! 😃👍🏻👊🏻
Thank you Fred!
Nice video Sean! Thanks for sharing it with us.👌👍😎JP
Thank you JP!
Your very welcome Sean! Have a wonderful new week!😎
When I upgraded to a router lift in my table, I left a fixed base attached to the plain router plate. I use it when I need an oversized base for hand routing. I plan to build a sled for it to use for flattening panels and slabs.
That's a great idea, Bob! I may actually do the same with the spare plate. Thanks for sharing.
Disappointed you didn't show the footage of you trying to lift out the router without removing those screws :(
Is this a formal request from you for me to release another video on this channel showing that? I think I actually have that footage on my computer....
