Thank you so much for your content! It's hitting home for me big time. I have been bodybuilding for many years and i enjoyed it so much for most of my life, and married a man who was into it as well. Turned out to be an extremely abusive person in every possible way. I left 3 years ago and the gym, usually my favorite place, was just a horrible reminder of the trauma. I stopped going and stopped working out and gained 100lbs (which i now realize was a defense mechanism to keep any man from bothering me) and ive been working so hard the last 2yrs to process and heal from that and reclaim my life. The on point messages that you're putting out there are really awesome to hear and are a huge help to all of us going through it. I can't say thank you enough! 🥰

Well explained! Confidence, loneliness, and plenty of other human emotions can only exist within a social context. Unfortunately, social media tempts us into separation. It's a huge contributor to all the interpersonal issues. That's why preaching this message is so vital, especially nowadays.
