Weapons: Eskrima Training - Lesson 2 - ZKIDZ
After Taekwondo, Sabeomnim Matt training weapons and this session is Eskrima utilizing Eskrima sticks and Filipino fight techniques. Glad the kids are able to learn a new skill that can be used for self defense and self confidence.
Lesson 2 involved learning Single Sinawali - 1 stick and single sinawali 2 sticks. They are also learning the rope technique to transition into a new form. First time trying the rope, but got to start somewhere and grow from there. .
