THANKS for this video. I lost two hours at work today fooling around with this problem. I could not reinstall Chrome even after deleting the Google folder from my Program Files (x86) folder. I watched other RUclips videos and read articles on how to fix this but couldn't get anything to work. Your 1:25 minute video fixed the problem completely. 🤗 The people here who are still having the problem, I wonder if their going to the correct 'Program File' folder. Not the 'Program Files (x86)' folder. That is what I was doing earlier.

Same I was searching everwhere, even on a reddit post someone lead me to believe I had malware in my pc, I checked my entire pc, and there was nothing, I was happily going to reinstall windows, when I said why the fuck would I do that, and not try to do everything I can before that, so it lead to this video.

I still had older settings when I deleted that folder. It wasn’t a clean slate. I have a modern warfare folder as well, should I delete it???

this doesnt work, i delete the folder, it didn't create a new folder, game is awful. keybinds lost, audio is back, video at start is back. How do you get the game to save the keybinds ???? xbox pc game pass.
sorry for the late reply, I have no clue why it wouldn't work, I personally have checked and to where else the folder could be, but it seems like you can't have documents saved in any other place, just a shit game
