Just a place to drop my progression video's. I wouldn't call them tutorials. But if you see something that I've done and would like to know how I did it, please feel free to ask for a video. I might be able to do one. I am always willing to share anything with others out there.
I don't make the OOAK bears more than once unless there is another version, so if you have suggestions on what bears to make next let me know. I do love making character bears and will try and make them as screen accurate as possible which does take time. But the end result is always amazing.

These turned out absolutely stunning! I would love to own one, even if it isn't real labradorite! Just so long as you put a disclaimer what theyre actually made of so people dont get upset and think theyve been scammed. Not everyone can afford real gems, so a knock off would do me justvfine! Ive made resin pieces that people have mistaken for real gems. I'll definitely gave to try this out sometime myself! Thank you for your video and the creative ideas you come up with to inspire others.

Fakes like this will get faded by scrubbing with nail polish Labradorite is plenty and cheap, they are usually not faked in a lab

Showing your face is unlikely to be here or there when it comes to subscribers! I have preferences when it comes to videos and others will prefer the opposite. For example I prefer a voice over/speaking to having to read cards but others prefer no speaking! I agree that consistency is key! However that doesn’t mean posting daily! If it’s only realistic that you would be able to post every 2 weeks then do that! Post every other Sunday and perhaps do a teaser picture on Facebook or Instagram/RUclips stories to show a snippet of what to be expected. I’m not a RUclipsr and I know from keeping customer engagement in my own work how hard it is to be consistent sometimes! But I’m sure you can get the subscribers as your work is phenomenal!
I am working on the voice overs, but to be honest I'm screwing them up as well, I'm finding it difficult to do. I honestly didn't think doing a voice over was this hard! But it is. I can think of it as though I'm talking during live streams but, if I have no one to goof off too it's harder on me. I'm recording a video now with voice over and I'm stumbling my words, falling over sentences and sniffing or burping. (Pretty gross) I'm really nervous while recording it, loosing track of my thoughts and putting long silences in between (You know how I get when I get into weaving, I don't say anything) its weird.
I understand being camera shy, that's the main reason I haven't tried RUclips. I prefer content were I get see the person's face and hear their voice. I do think that showing your face would help your channel. The best thing about normal vids is you can cut and edit them to look how you like. Also a video everyday is very tough, I would say having a set upload schedule would help a lot as well. There are plenty of large channels that don't upload daily...
Very true, I do have the Wednesday uploads, but I also run out of things to do. And with the front of my phone screen peeling up, the videos don't always stay recording, one bump from my hand and it shuts off. But I will keep it in mind whether or not to show my face. And I say you should go for it too. If that's your face in your icon, you're cute. Do it.

@@adamm457 I completely understand, I hate them too. But I still need to step outside of my comfort zone, I can't stay locked in my box forever. I need to start doing things that make me uncomfortable.
@@lorehandcreations1002 Same here. Gyms and locker rooms make me uncomfortable, so I signed up at my local Y and I workout after work everyday. I guess that is more of a splash than a small step, but I suggest small steps. If that step improves the outlook of the channel and it's sustainable then continue and maybe add something else. The thing I have noticed, especially with Yvonne Williams channel, is the more you are on your subscribers feeds the better your channel will do. I know this is easier said than done.
I'm around for the long haul. Maybe a better reward would be random numbers as you collect because everyone would want to be your 1000th sub! That way no one would know when you'd pick a number to reward. The reward could be anything jewelry related. A little food for thought there. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

To answer your question, No. You shouldnt become an affiliate for a couple reasons. First, you would not stay one long. Bascially, if you dont have a certain amount of sales from your links after 1-3 months, they close your affiliate account down. Second, it is a percentage of what is spent on Amazon by your link, unless we all shop on Amazon (which I do) and use your links to get there, it would not be worth it. I like the idea of sending some to charity, but in my honest opinion, you may not make enough to even get anything to send them. I am not against the affiliate program, but it is more for those with a bigger following. :)
So, I should wait until I get a bigger following before I do anything like this? We both know that will be awhile before that happens. 😉 😄 😆 😅 I think the main reason is, I don't show my face. But I'm good with that. I hate camera's.
