I did hear about that but if you clean your steam deck with compressed air especially that vent hole you should be good not on that taking frequent breaks helps the console

I wanted to but getting the ps2 emulator to work and not only that I looked up a how to video it says the game possibly would have a difficult time playing the cgi cutscenes and some parts of the game. Plus I can’t find the ps2 bios. But I was already thinking about that a long time ago

@@DefaltVG you can easily find guides on youtube the walk you through how to set up pcsx2. You just have to know where to get the roms and the bios. Which I just told you. Roms are easy to find too

Yup, im the same but instead of Switch Lite replace it with Switch OG. At this point im pretty much sold on a Steamdeck 2. I have a 4090 for reference and still prefer playing my games on the deck haha. For example can run RE4 @120fps 4k with raytracing on my PC but still ended up spending 70% of my game time for the game on my steamdeck eventhough its only running at 30fps

If the deck 2 can run any game that I throw at it yeah my switch oled is toast

​@@DefaltVG It could emulate better but I'm doubtful it would run every game thrown at it, especially online games. It will definitely be much better than the current state of handheld gaming, the current games (Alan Wake 2, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora) and even the future AAA games optimized for this re-emerging market. Switch 2 will have a solid ground for a while, but it won't be long until there's more light shed when Sony and Microsoft will be likely joining in the competition (with the leaks/teasers). Definitely good times ahead.

I haven’t played Star Wars Jedi survivor or fallen order on it tbh I want to play them. I did hear that issue tho

@@rhoieeichstadt8406 well there is a video on RUclips that explains changing the region coding pretty well. Then I found a Reddit post that explains the menus afterwards to change from Japan to English language. I purposely explained with some key words to search. It is not super easy. I did have to use computer language to get my computer to communicate with my Walkman. All info in the video. If you seek it there will be an answer given.
