You can use it for an AC and DEHU not ac infinity. When doing this you want to make sure its not turning the devices on and off ina quick manor. You need to let the devices have downtime of 5 mins or so so the compressors in the devices don't get over stressed.

So if l get this an hook up my non ac infinity dehumidifier and set it to be at let's say 65 RH how accurate is it is it more accurate than +-3% or less accurate

Ryan thats a touch call TBH, they dont make "small" AC units. The smallest I've been able find is a 100W window unit. I know this because I use it for my dry/cure room. Hope this helps. LMK if you have any other questions.

At 6:37 we discuss how to mount the exhaust fan & filter outside the tent. We strongly recommend it because it will free up more height inside your tent. FTW 💪

Use your ducting not the rectangle flaps. On the bottom circular ports, as the intake. The longer you run the ducting the less light will travel through it. You may have to do multiple intake ducts if your tent sucks in when the exhaust fan turns on. Feel it out 🤙 also, really good question 10/10

This is the 2'x2'x4' size tent so the T4 is more than enough. It depends on the size of the tent and the CFM from the tent specifically. Determine the cubic feet by multiplying your space in this case 2'x2'x4' =16 cubic feet. Id say anywhere 20-80 CFM would suffice for this space depending on the wattage of your light. @@Shoregrowhydro Thanks for replying so quickly, appreciate ya. One grow inside, setting the T4 INSIDE, not outside, still has enough CFMs to pull. Adding equipment INSIDE instead of outside reduces the CFM's...correct?

@@huskerider inside or outside its roughly the same if the fan/filter orientation is the same. What will vary the CFM is wither the air is being pushed or sucked through the carbon filter. Carbon filters are designed to have air pushing them initially. They do function in reverse (sucking air through them) but it hinders the CFM. This is also when you put the black pre carbon filter to stop dust from accumulating inside the carbon filter and clogging over time.

You can use it by turning the AC on "ON" and when the outlet is powered it will turn AC on but, anything with a condenser or HPS ( that surges on the line ) should not be surging on and off frequently. There is however a work around (to use at your own discretion) within the ACInfinity App you can set a threshold "buffer" IE My ac unit suggests being turned off for three minutes before turning back on. So to work around this I set the threshold for 5 degrees. What it does is cools the room an addition 5 degrees which buy the AC enough time to rest in-between cycles. Again use this to your own discretion. Its totally applicable but requires keeping an eye on the the data logging tab ON/OFF timings.

Very good question. I had it running my AC window unit. It’s pretty quick to trigger the outlet on and off. But I did not play with settings and am 100% unaware. I wouldn’t be surprised if AC infinity has a setting but I am yet to personally figure it out.

Sorry Kyle just seeing this now........If the outlet is triggering "ON" and your humidifier isn't turning on then chances are it has a its own humidistat or controller. See if the humidifier has an "always on" setting. That should override the controller and turn it on constantly. Then your AC Infinity controller will control the humidifier. Let us know if you have anymore questions or that doesn't work out for you 👊

@@Shoregrowhydro No problem I ended up ordering another one on eBay without the humidistat, then of course AC released their budget line of humidifiers only a few bucks more than the one I got. With way more features so I’m saving up for that one now lol
