Now this isn’t a what if but it’s a little like butterfly effect that I noticed (well sort of idk if I would consider it one or not) So in the scene where jd is like making the drain cleaner he puts it in a regular cup, Veronica mentions Heather would never drink something that looked like that which means if he gave it to Heather she would’ve denied it. So if Veronica never told him that she wouldn’t drink anything like that then he wouldn’t have gotten the idea to put in a different cup so she wouldn’t tell what she was drinking.
