BOYS A TEMPORARY FIX, SINCE I JUST WENT THROUGH THIS SITUATION. REMOVE THE CMOS BATTERY AND PUT IT BACK IN. IT WILL RESET THE BIOS SETTINGS AND WILL GET YOU THROUGH THE WINDOWS START UP OPTION.

Hi. Can you suggest me any other DDR5 Motherboard who looks good like this one? I planned to buy this Z790 LiveMixer motherboard for my White Build but after seeing many bad reviews about it's BIOS & other bugs I don't want it anymore.

Guys i fixed it by disabling secure boot and enabling onboard LAN boot (ultra fast), hope this fixes your problem
Mine turns on for about 5 seconds every 10-15 seconds with the asrock logo

I just plugged a usb drive in with windows 10 and it worked (I already had windows installed on drive) you can @me if you need more help with something might be able to help

@@ethanreh try making sure it is plugged in might be a loose cable if that dose not work try plugging in new sata port or nvme slot and at launch go to boot options and check how it is set to boot

Anyone having the problem hold F8 before any screen pops up and hold it until all word disappear. It should force load into safe mode or into your desktop
Thanks it worked. but before i have this problem i always boot up immediately to windows and now i have to always hold f8 so i can go to windows
@@calvinekay9763 it may actually be a problem with windows finding your drive. There's a couple videos on how to select it in bios and hard boot if you don't know how

@@Splati yes go into the bios, should be the f2 it's different for certain computers. You'll see a option in boot that asks which drive to boot from, change it to ssd drive and click enter, save, and quit. Should load if you have windows in ssd like mentioned.

bro the same i updated bios againg have problems i reinstalled windows the same problems i have checked the disk for errors no errors i ejected all usb devices the same problem always is going to bios or got bsod or not opening

@@binkbink4864 i did a lot of things in the past to stop that annoying windows update.. such as editing registry....when windows cant update itself it get really mad and keep trying for a long time...i have to wait half an hour every time i restart windows...but u know what it worth it ..no more update.

If you still have this problem try to unplug all of the usb devices. Mine problem was my ipod was connected to my PC when I was starting it that created the freeze

hello,what mobo is that? i have a similar problem with asrock Extreme 4+ my pc when turning on turns off then on and goes to bios....did u resolve this problem?
My main issue was that the “windows boot manager” wasnt installed properly(use EFI windows setup) but furthermore to avoid the bios freeze I got a new bios file from ASRock support(takes 1 day max to reply). Its an z170 fatal1ty professional i7 (same as extreme 7 just different style). Good luck!
