That is so funny! The original was danced to a song called Denim and Lace. The show the dancer, Jane Turner of Kath and Kim fame, was in was sketch show called Fast Forward that big in Australia at the time in the 90, or the late 80s I think. Jane’s character was competing in a show called New Faces I think in the sketch show . I have followed Jane’s dancing career with great enjoyment over the years, and she partnered up with Glenn Robbins, aka Kel Night, in the show Kath and Kim (currently on Netflix). Their dancing is a sight to behold, and should indeed be an Olympic sport.
