I've played this game for a while that i don't even remember. Im level 233 and cw is quite literally the only game i have fun playing and this update ruined it for me. 1st and foremost is that as you said it ruined parrying but the thing is it's not just parrying it's the gameplay itself. For me CW has three main factors that the gameplay revolves around which is movement, attacking and parrying/defending. This gameplay is basically a glorfied rock paper and scissors, why? They move and you parry - You lose They attack you parry- they lose They bait while moving but you attack-they lose and vice versa. This system was ruined by the new parry mechanics because if you parry someone they can basically nullify that with no significant repercussions REPEATEDLY. Besides that it also ruined both light and heavy weapons, you have a light weapon and they stun-parry? well fuck you that doesn't matter. Trying to ragdoll me cause your heavy weapon is on cooldown? Well fuck you that doesn't exist either. I feel like parrying isn't a reliable mechanic anymore atleast as a way of killing someone, its more of a way to avoid taking damage now which is okay but it really ruined the gameplay for me.

yeah no parry is more balanced now, thats how it shouldve worked since the early stages. plus, it should make them get out of stun if you kick them *twice*
