I liste to this litteraly every time i play kenshi, becaus i mostly play with the United Cities eiter by the Son of a Captain start or by working up from scratch, some times it just feels like starwars wen entern the cities in a sandstorm and seeing all the aliens there and the resemblence to 40k or other fantasy empires that are just to big to ever realy fail but also much to old and slow on ever realy archive something again or stop the cycle. Also... All the rampant slavery causes so god damn much slapstick, its insane xD

Go to the white gorillo, make the guards of the city knock him down, drag his body to a bed and save the game, load the game you saved and the gorillo should be bugged on the bed. You can train strength by fighting him while carrying a corpse, and because it is a very strong enemy, you will recibe a huge bonus of xp. Don't forget to heal the gorillo. You can do this exploit with a lot of creatures like the beak things and the robot spiders (this one is more complicated).

The best spot to train toughness is skinners roam. Theres a group of 40 hungry bandits that will beat you up and every time you get up from playing dead you get a shit ton of toughness experience. The game gives you more experience for each enemy near you when you get off the floor. Just be sure to bring splint kits, first aid, and a sleeping bag

As for training strength case, did anyone know if you have exuberance and carry someone and then you fight using heavy weapon then is the exp rate higher than getting it fighting without anything? Because I believe it doesn't count as weight and carrying is only for movement exp gains not for fighting, can someone elaborate and give an answer please?

I made a ton of money by making Toothpick Bolts. They stack in a group of 10, and sell for 121 Cats EACH, so that means one stack of 10 sells for 1,210 Cats a stack, which is faster and easier to make than GROG.

The United Cities is a terrible starting region - corrupt guard planting drugs at the gate, noble hunters just looking to kill and the goddamn wildlife (skimmers or beak things). The Son of a Captain start completely reverses the first two issues and make a UC start downright cushy. No hassles at the gate, free beds in bars and noble hunters leave you be. Holy Nation is best for starting as long as you're human. For any other race, take my advice: start in the Hub, go live in the Shek Kingdom.

I love hasting to Shark and luring the wildlife near the city. One broad swing from the guards and the hell breaks loose with all gangs in the fray 😂. I made 35k in a few minutes by looting all the dead bodies near the city

Beep is the best. I turned him into a peaceful gardener that is skilled in martial arts. He never attacks unless someone raids the village he works in. If they do, they die.

I did a test run with a 256 toughness character. Literally unlikable. Didn't need a bed. could have solo'd Mad Cat.

I went after the bug master with sadneil, burn, and a generic skeleton name gecko. I leveled all their martial arts to 95, killing the spiders was easy, but i understimated bug master. He wipe us out, destroyed sadneil right arm and his 2 legs, however sadneil was still punching him despite losing 3 limbs manage to take down bug master. Sadneil literally save us lol.

HN does have it right though, women don’t belong in positions of power🤷‍♂️ I mean, only 50 years of data showing the complete shit show that’s been😂😂😂

I knew Kenshi lore before playing, but after joining the Anti-Slavers and finding out that Cat-Lon and Tinfist are not only the same generation of bots, but old friends driven apart genuinely hurt me. I mean, Tinfist is still fighting the good fight and suffering in the far reaches of the inhabitable middle territories, and Cat-Lon is basically a decaying remnant of his own mind, unable to see that his thralls have more than recreated slavery. They once fought together for freedom, and Tinfist is forced to watch as one of his best friends chose to subjugate their own people rather than let the rebellion of robots pursue their own fate beyond the restrictions of the old empires. Tinfist probably watched as his fellow bots were rewritten in front of him, programmed to kill at Cat-Lon's will, and realized that his companion is gone and a resentful madman has taken control of any chance of their people ever being free of someone's control.

In the world of Kenshi, I still view Cat-Lon as a protector. I mean, imagine how fucking hard it would be if every start had you fighting thrall skeletons. Regardless of the past, he's STILL basically saving the whole continent from ruin by maintaining his loose control on the thralls. Like, name a group who could defeat them that doesn't consist of characters like Tinfist, Lord Phoenix, the Hive Queens, and Beep, it's basically impossible without grinding for so long that your PC is probably just as insane as Cat-Lon.

I would recommend finding a dust bandit encampment, fighting them, getting knocked out, then getting back up when you regain consciousness. Very low risk of death (just give your character a medkit and the medic job and they'll heal themself while playong dead) and because there's so many enemies around, getting up after being knocked down provides a massive amount of toughness xp

Kenshi is so depressing. The Holy Nation is the only faction on the up and coming, but they are morally horrid. The cannibals who have been sitting on prime real estate for millenia and haven't been destroyed yet despite their constant infighting and the Grand Wizard being a poor ruler. The Shek have a pretty braindead culture, which prevents them from doing anything useful. The Western Hive is chilling and doing its thing but if anyone went after them (which the Holy Nation could easily do), they would be screwed due either their naivety or their Queen's arrogance (I am not sure why they have such poorly defended settlements but I assume it is for that reason. The UC is corrupt beyond reason despite its economic prosperity and relatively powerful military. The Skeletons have either gone mad or are hiding from wider society when they could easily make an impact on the world. All the minor factions aren't even nations and are just loose conglomerates of raiders, traders and scavengers.
