Hi! I just found your channel. Emotional spending is my biggest issue. When I am anxious or stressed it seems that I need to spend more money. I have been working hard this past year. Definitely the cash stuffing method has helped me stay focused and consistent with my goals.

Have you tried calling Comcast and negotiating your bill to a lower amount? I do this with my internet a lot. Jaspreet Singh from The Minority Mindset has a great video on how to do it.

What do you spend the 10% personal amd the 10% kids on? Your extra debt balance pay down amount should be 10%. Right now while you're paying interest on debt, savings should be at a minimum with that money being applied to debt paydown. You are being honest but not being on track is hurting yourself not us. First add no more debt. Secind get caught up. Third pay on time. Fourth pay down debt.

Why do you NEED a TV or monitor. How will having an additional, bigger screen bring in income? $75 to $100 will pay off a debt. How will a wireless keyboard bring in additiinal income? When you have a business, tne things you buy need to have what is called a Return On Investment. Have you checked the used market for electronics? Did you cash flow the white board and the other furnishings? Did you scour the used market for your furnishings?

I suspect your mind set is not focused on reducing your debt and ALSO you are still trying to live a life style which is greater than your income.....That can change but, you're going to need to think "frugal living" for a while. You have a number of lower balances so, you CAN begin to whittle down the number of debts in a reasonably quick fashion. For example, you took about $500 out of the budget in March for spring break. In April you took about $500 out of the budget for the anniversary. You have plans to spend another $500 in May. And also plans for a personal care, spa day which will probably cost between $200 and $500. Meanwhile, you are also creating a better office and bought a new L shaped desk without checking Buy Nothing, Goodwill and thrift shops, or a Habitat for Humanity Re-Hab store. I will assume the desk went on a card 'cause you need it for the new business you're starting. (Did you know that it took Jeff Bezos a year to upgrade to a door over saw horses and then about 5 years more and a total of 3 locations before he upgraded to a real desk?) I haven't seen the office renovation/ creation video yet but...did you buy additiinal stuff for the office for the new business?

I found this yt while browsing a Dave Ramsey facebook. I wish you nothing but success, this is a hard thing to do but so rewarding and worth the sacrifices. My spouse and I paid off a ton of debt using the DR snowball method, it was 5 years of misery, gazelle intense, but it was the best thing we have done for ourselves in a long while.
