Rapid fire pulses are decent?

FYI The only part of NBP that requires a void super is the first sentence (overshield and health regen via SG kills). The void super requirement is not true for the second half of the perk description, since it is a different sentence. This means shotguns will refresh any overshield you have and deal increased damage while you have one, no matter what super you're on.

Warlock is the weakest prismatic? It has devour and the best grenade. Song of flame is an excellent roaming super. You still have access to your weapons. Arc Warlock is excellent. Easier access to ionic traces. Fallen Sunstar is a great exotic. You can blind everything with indebted kindness. Jolt everything. Mild criticism that it doesn't have health regeneration. Every class should not have access to health regeneration. That's total power creep. The amount of healing in the game is overpowered. You have horrible opinions and should delete this awful channel

arc as a whole needs reworks. it's just entirely based around jolt and mostly the jolt grenade fragment. they need to add more verbs like lightning strikes and also give arclock actual storm stuff. fuck the slide melee give me ranged lightning bolts charged with a grenade

Two great weapons to pair with NBP: Discord + Chain Reaction Ded Gramayre IV and Discord + Incandescent Sojourner's Tale. Also, for those who don't know, Echo of Undermining allows your Unbreakable to weaken targets, turning it into a great way to grant void overshield and weaken targets.

Stasis based builds are better than Prismatic as well. There's lots of extras for specialising. Have to try this.

I heard Chaperone is actually pretty dang good in PvE with the buffs. Id be curious if you can run this with the no backup plans build. Though I feel like changing up the weapons here might be a little less efficient than you made it. (Also love the simplistic fashion.)

i’ve been waiting for the new seasonal shotgun to drop because it can roll with Discord+Destabilizing Rounds. In case you didn’t know, Discord gives ammo regeneration out of thin air when it’s active - this plus Destabilizing Rounds plus decent powered melee regen and Controller Demolition would allow you to clear ads with nothing but your void shotgun. This leaves your top slot and heavy slot for DPS or champ stunning previously, the only shotgun that had this combo was the one from Prophecy dungeon

Arc is okay, but the problem is that once difficulty goes up, you need "sustain + large burst damage" to keep aggressive and movement playstyles viable This WAS the issue with Titan across the board, but its getting better, but even on Arc Titan its still not quite there, though Arc Hunter is pretty much golden so long as you can keep up Combination Blow But the issue with Warlock is theyre not aggressive... so Arc doesnt really work. This is also i think part of the issue with Titan, where for Void you can see 3 different "paths" that each Class plays into. Hunter has invis, Titan has overshield, and Warlock has Devour and stupid strong grenades. Its all Void, but it doesnt play the same. Same with Solar, Hunter is looping knives and gunpowder gamble, Titan is doing bonks and ignitions, Warlock is doing constant healing and scorch. Arc doesnt really have any of that, and it often feels more confused. Hunter is super aggressive... but aside from that being Titans thing generally, Titan doesnt really have anything else going on there, minus Thundercrash being obviously a great Super, but the main Thundercrash build is on Prismatic. Its essentially just the same as Hunter, but worse. While Warlock literally has nothing. Its just Arc damage, its why Arc Soul has been so busted, but now Prismatic overshadows it entirely. I think what they need to do is really lean back into the verbs of Arc, and give Titan and Warlock more to do. If Hunter is going to have a ton of Jolt effects, maybe give Warlock more Blind utility. You can make Lightning Surge blind enemies or something, that allows Warlock to be more aggressive but in a way that benefits them more, since theyre not gonna really be doing melee damage. Titan honestly needs something new, and i think broadly they dont really have a core benefit on Arc, and otherwise just share half a cup with Hunter, but not as effective.

Arc Warlock is just the main victim of most changes that occured when transitioning to Light 3.0: - Warlocks could already cure and buff with Solar and had exclusive access to Devour and Ionic Traces. While Cure and Radiant became basically some of the strongest buffs for any subclass, Feed the Void became useless until late last year when they had to nerf Devour on Hunter and Titan. Ionic Traces were straight up nerfed to work with all classes. - Warlocks are still the only class that doesn't have a 3-fragment slots aspect, except for Prismatic. Heck, Warlocks were the only class with ONE fragment slot aspects for a loong time. - Giving Devour to Prismatic, as you said, immediately makes any build better than the pure monotype subclass. Arc Warlock was butchered with Light 3.0 and subsequent buffs never managed to repair this damage, while power creep kept burying it deeper and deeper.

arc is having issues because like void and a lesser extent stasis, they are EXTREAMLY reliant on seasonal artefact mods, we see this very clearly with this season which has just as many mods effecting arc as stasis yet its just completely our done, tbh all the buffs for stasis in the artifact need to be made baseline when the artifact goes. the only reason solar stands up on its own is due to ignitions are as powerful as jolt and it also has healing which in a game all about taking as little damage as possible then taking cover to regen and repeat healing is king stasis and strand have less issues compared to arc and void in the sandbox because they remove the chance of taking damage which again in a game about taking as little damage or making the spikes of damage predictable as you can being able to just eliminate damage with CC is even more useful than healing jolt and to a lesser extent blind need buffs a simple one would be just making jolt blind, jolt damage isn't that grand its just good aoe, leaving damage as is or a small 10 to 20% nerf and just have jolt also blind every enemy in the chain would put it on par with strand and stasis CC and not overtake the aoe damage of solar, in the case of blind grenade make it a large lingering aoe where it lands on top of this being amplified needs to do more first maybe blinding enemies around you in some way just within 3 or 5 meters, then also some DR or "avoidance" or dodge chance the further the enemies are from you traces starting health regen would be a good buff for them without intruding to far into solars healing

The subclass sucks… not just for warlock, especially warlock now with reworks on the hunter making it at least somewhat fun.

The arc subclass as a whole has been terrible for a long time, but I think it has to do more with the fragments. Arc has several of the worst fragments in the game, to list a few: “sliding over ammo bricks reloads your equipped weapons”, “finishers make you amplified”, and “sprinting regens class ability energy”. Those were just the ones I can think of off the top of my head. I think the subclass as a whole is what needs to be reworked. More unique exotics would only put a band-aid on the real issue at hand, which is that arc -in comparison to the other classes- is bad, (except for hunters of course because Bungie is full of hunter mains). Overall you're very correct though. Prismatic absolutely destroys mono subclasses as a whole (in exception to a few use-cases).

I suspect the mono-elemental subclasses are gonna get buffs in the future. At the very least, the Aspects need to provide more fragment slots on average; without this, the specialization is rarely worth the buildcrafting depth you lose in the trade-off. I also suspect that there's going to come a point, maybe in a future title rather than in D2 itself, where buildcrafting will be completely cracked open and you're able to equip any ability, Aspect or Fragment.

That being said although he might not have done any of those things the isolation many people like him and even me to a lesser extent was damaging to my mental health as I was newly alone when isolation hit. But he's blaming a lot of problems on one thing that made it worse but didn't create them

I think Ian has always had a mental illness, but that it remained dormant until he got older and experienced hardships and stress that pushed him over the edge. I also suspect that he's using methamphetamine or some other sort of stimulant. Stimulant use can cause symptoms that Ian appears to have- very low weight, involuntary facial movements, unending ranting, sleep deprivation, delusions, and psychosis.
