I have a septate hymen despite losing my hymen already. I am getting surgery in June and you gave me a lot of hope by sharing this. I had the same experience with my first time I was just a younger age.

i tried to use a tampon a few months ago because i do a lot of paddlesports and so i cant really wear a pad in the water. basically i tried to put it in, i got it in but it hurt so much like something was stretching but like not elastically. it felt like somebody was giving me a chinese burn on my vag, and i literally passed out on the bathroom floor because of the pain. so i started crying bc obvi and i went to my mum to ask her if that was normal, and she said 'yeah no it hurts for everyone' and then later when i tried to take it out i was in the bathroom for about half an hour and literally had to get my compact mirror to see what was up and there was a band of skin covering it and stopping it from coming out. it was excrutiating when i tried to pull, like i was seeing stars and my vision was going blurry cause of the pain. i managed to perform a literal minor surgery on myself to get it out (i had to dig it out and try to move the skin to the side sorry for the tmi ahah) and i went into the living room where my mum was and started crying to her because i was like 'i know its not supposed to look like that mummy' bc like i had seen diagrams in sex ed classes of what its supposed to look like. so later on i went to trusty dr google and found out from medical websites including the LITERAL NHS that i have whats called a 'septate hymen'. i found out about hymenectomies and asked my mum if i could go to a gynocologist to get it checked out and see if theres any possibility of getting a hymenectomy and she started getting mad at me and saying im being a hypochondreac and stuff and was saynig 'you dont need to go to a doctor' (keep in mind she hadnt seen it because i dont want her looking at my cooch) and i started having a breakdown because i basically cant use a tampon without being in pain for the whole application + removal processes until im at least 18 because my mum isnt going to consent to a surgery like that 💀 im pretty sure that shes trying to use the whole septate hymen thing as natural contraception for me and my bf but like i dont even want to have sex like i just want to use tampons without passing out from the pain 😭😭

All of the tutorials are girls with thin hair which is still beautiful but just unhelpful to audience like me with thicker hair. You’re a life saver!! Ballet and thick hair don’t want to go together but you made it work 😂

I've worked in community college and in 4 year university. I use to work admin at the Biology Department of a 4 year, and I can 100% confirm Professors are hired because of their research background, "teaching" is almost a side thing they do, their research is their top priority. Being a good teacher is a bonus not a requirement. Great Video.

wisdom teeth removal is a lot worse than people tell you. it’s a lot worse than I’m even making it sound in this video. it’s been 7 months now and I’m still traumatized.

As much as I love them thangs, I'm glad I don't have one. Know I appreciate every single one of you. We have problems as well as young adults. The surprise boner in front of older family members or in class.

I got all four of my wisdom teeth out during my last semester of college and I was terrified to get it done, but it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. The only real issue I had was that the Hydrocodone they gave me made me feel really sick, so I couldn't take it. But other than that, it wasn't so bad. To anyone reading this who might be scared to get theirs removed, it's not as bad as you've probably heard!

I have a question. What (based on your own experience) do you think would be the best strategy to get accepted into USF? Like, I have all Advanced/Honors classes, I get straight As, but I just want to have the best chance at going to college. Thank you 😊

I am 11 and I wear tampons and people think I am crazy

I got kinda lucky with my first time using one but ALMOST. I was around 16 years old and I did a lot of research about tampons about how to put it in but I didn't realise cardboard applicators were a thing. So on the first day of my period, I went with my mother and bought a box of tampax tampons thinking they were plastic and they were cheaper than the other ones so I was like "dang I'm getting a good deal here", No. No I did not. I realised when I got home and was about to use it that I made a huge mistake with the cardboard applicator. Luckily, it just slid right on up there and got it in comfortably my first time. I did go back to the store the next day and bought some plastic applicator tampons lmao. I am now 20 and tampons are all I use because pads are horrible and uncomfortable.

What advice would you give to someone going through it really late? Like mine is actually delayed (like medically) and I’m just starting as a freshman in college and it’s so embarrassing and it’s extremely awkward.

It took me years to learn that tampons are supposed to inserted at an angle. I recommend using a lite tampon (the smallest size) for any girl using a tampon for the first time.

My story is I tried 6 times and gave up and I haven’t touched a tampon since🤣🤣🤣

My tampon story was unique too because it wasnt hard for me. I didn't get hurt, I didn't try multiple times, I didn't waste a whole ass box of tampons, it just worked, basically no error, it was unexpectedly easy 😎 Me minutes after commenting this: HOLD UP DID YOU JUST SAY YOU TRIED TO PUT A TAMPON IN BEFORE YOUR PERIOD STARTED?? THE TITLE MAKES SENSE NOW WHAT?!?!?!? Third edit while watching this video: if you're trying to put in a tampon when your either not on your period, or your flow isnt heavy enough, its not gonna go in easy, and if you manage to heave it in there, it could absorb too much of your insides not including blood, which can cause an infection, which can lead to TSS Fourth edit: happy ending yay! 🎉
