I know it's often seen as weak but I actually really love season 2. Yes, the Ruby arc wasn't too great but the rest of the season? *chef's kiss* Good comedy, heartfelt character moments, everything I want from a cartoon. Maybe I'm just too easy to please, haha.

Snufkin is a huge mood in the 2019 version, and I bloody love it.

Actually this Snufkin is pretty similar to 90’s Snufkin. The difference is just the way he says his lines but old Snuf was annoyed in this scene as well, the actor just said the lines differently. This version just shows that while being mostly laid back and happy go lucky, Snufkin still goes through personal conflicts and acts out because of them. It’s still cool, mysterious & laid back Snuf from the 90’s, just with some added realistic depth :)

nellatianna the shows have their own charm. Try watching at least 3 episodes of moomin valley; people tend to get like shows more after watching 3 episodes :)
This isn’t a remake of the 90’s show tho, this is a new interpretation of the books. So it’s not supposed to be compared to the 90’s version or any other version. It’s it’s own thing.
