Yesss this is so good! Excellent MARINA song choice and pairing it with Nanami and Juri made for a fanvid with some iconic visuals I don't feel like I see in a lot of AMVs for this show.

so many great things about this! The whole song choice and the "Read my mind" cause in the beginning though Utena had good intention she also fell for the lie of rose brides and princes, and Anthy couldnt see a way out of it. and its actually better for me that it wasnt a instant this kids grew up in a very toxic enovirment but they manage to make a real connection and that helped them escape and thats powerful. i screamed when you showed Akio for "The good old days" I also screamed, this time in delight at the "The teenage queen/..." because it starts all normal but at the "southern drawl" etc it gets all symbolic and very Utena, more Utena fanvids should vid to songs that are very nonnarrative and have this association game because of course Miki is the trampoline (this os only half a joke)

I'm watching the bridge as I type this and it's honestly bringing tears to my eyes. The previous commenter is absolutely right in that this video is hugely underrated - genuinely one of the best utena amvs I've watched (its going STRAIGHT into my "utena amvs that maek me go fucking feral" playlist).
