Inspired by Gurudeb Rabindranath Tagore’s book of poetry “Chhabi O Gaan” (Sketches and Songs, published in 1922), late Professor Somendranath Bandyopadhyay of Visva-Bharati University, Santiniketan, had strung together some of Gurudeb’s songs. These Rabindra Sangeet songs paint vivid images in the listener’s mind.
