Do Not Buy the ACEMAGIC AX16 Pro AMD Ryzen Product from ACEMAGIC!! My Story I'm a 3D graphic designer from Los Angeles. I bought this laptop directly from the manufacturer in August, and within a month, it began to fall apart. As of writing this review, one of the screen hinges has completely broken, leaving the screen held on by just one hinge. The laptop is now unusable and sits in the corner of my room like a useless piece of junk. I also don't recommend trusting the reviews on their website because they have disabled the option to leave reviews, making it impossible for me to leave an honest review there. I purchased this laptop to work on the go, either in my car or at a cafe. While the specs and battery life seem accurate (I haven’t thoroughly tested the processor), the build quality is absolutely terrible. When I first contacted customer support, they tried to convince me that everything was fine and that the issues were "normal." After another month of back-and-forth with their support team, they finally agreed to replace the laptop with a new one. However, they disappeared for over two weeks after that, and I still haven't heard back from them. I am demanding a full refund and am ready to send this piece of junk back to them. I'm tired of this horrible service and no longer want to be a customer of this company. I’ll try to attach photos, but I'm more than certain they'll quickly delete my review. I also plan to file a complaint with the U.S. Consumer Department and am considering legal action. Additionally, I'm thinking about making a video on RUclips to share my experience in more detail. The LCD Panel Software and RGB lighting Control Software are suspect, even if you delete the version in the OEM folder and download the version off of the website. I just tested it this evening, and Avast does not like GetCPUInfo.sys AT ALL. Resorting to removing the secondary SSD I installed to test the Windows 11 build and putting the original SSD in that I installed Ubuntu Server on. USE LINUX ONLY WITH THE S1 UNITS.

Does it come with an official and activated Windows 10 or 11? Everything I have heard about your company leads me to believe you use Greyware activation and still have the ENDEV.EXE malware on some, but not all, of your systems. I would LOVE to buy one of these Tanks, but am not tech savvy enough to need to reinstall and clear out any kind of built-in malware. Really is a huge bummer.
