Hello, thank you for your comment and your concern. No worries it's absolutely not an AC vent, it's just a cheap cover we use as a "door" to access under the bathtub and the plumbing in there, it's a closed space, no air circulates through here. I had some plumbing done for the bathtub plumbing and I asked to guy to keep the access instead of putting back the sheetrock and we came up with this "door" that he can unscrew whenever needed to access the piping and plumbing parts for the bathtub.

thank you for watching my video and for the support. Yes it was beautiful but getting dry even though the reservoir was still fine. Little did we know that we were only in the middle of drought / no rain period (this was filmed on October 11th and we got our first substantial (and the rain amount usual in New Jersey until this drought) substantial rain only on November 21st, 6 weeks later. It's scary actually, I had never seen New Jersey so dry in 22+ years here. Usually everything is green wet soggy or muddy, we have moss on everything facing north etc. The scary part is that in June/July this year we had some floods, water in basements, sewage station overflown downtown and river above highest crest and overflowing said sewage station. Then August came and no more rain until November 21st! And yes those ruins from not so long ago of some technology project for purifying water or something in the 1900s, that was one of the highlights of the hike (along the water fall 😉 Cheers from New Jersey !

yes indeed beautiful but not easy terrain, almost as challenging as the Sourland hike ( a couple videos back) specially in the end when we were losing light quickly even though it was still summer time (we switched to winter time early November) the night was upon us around 6 o'clock and by 6h30ish it was pitch black. Our latitude is very low, actually same as Madrid Spain so night comes early in the evenings even in summer

thank you ! yes that was a pity that the battery failed just at that key moment, that was the little fun part of the hike with that (short) rock scrambling. And we didn't know it the first time but actually we had to go back up that part on our way back and we did it in total darkness ! The GoPro battery was technically not low in power , it was saying 42% that why I didn't change it , it just failed , at first I thought I had forgotten to press record then later on it failed while I was filming and looking at the screen : saying 42% charge then shutting off, that's how I understood what had happened. So I changed the battery for a fresh one. GoPro batteries are not really great all in all, some even inflate which is bad and I have thrown out a couple of them (anyway they won't fit anymore in the camera). cheers from New Jersey

thank you so much for the support. So far happy with my little plantations, those plant resist better than the ones I planted in June. We are now waiting for rain, a lot of rain we are in a severe drought in New Jersey. Fortunately those plants don't require much water

I tried to, same here outside is too cold in winter I transplanted to a pot that will go inside actually. So far 2 are in bad shape and one seems to survive. I might have been too late bringing them inside, we had a few cool nights beginning of October when I did the transplant. Thank you for watching !

thank you for your continued support ! The hike was very pleasant and not too hard, the terrain was way easier than our previous hike in Sourland Mountain. This park is beautiful though a bit far away (and with highway needed to go there ) but I will go again do some of their other hikes

Yes it was tough terrain, we were always on the verge of taking out the walking poles but then walking on boulders with poles or scrambling is not great you have to put them away again, then pull them out when it's just rocky. So we didn't. We were wiped furthermore that the hike was way longer than indicated on the park map or the hiking website !

We have access to the green and also the grey ones, same cheap price (compared to other vegetables). You can go in my Cooking playlist and there are some other recipes with zucchini. Yes I started using it each time I hike and found it useful. Though that was the only time it went that red ! Usually it's more in the purple blue range not that red ! I checked my weather app that day and it confirmed UV index was at the 10+ level which is towards the maximum. Have a nice day too !

Actually it's on purpose because I can stretch usage of the pine pellets between change/replenishing : I explain it in more detail in my long form video on the subject. As long as you remove the solids at once, and as the wet dust dries fast, the cat will continue using it even with almost no pellets left. So you get more out of your pine pellets bag. If you have a sift pan that's convenient but when there is no more pellets on the top the cat cannot use it and you need to replenish sooner. I found it more economical in the long run and my cat is happy with the litter situation too, he doesn't mind using the more dust than pellet one, as long as it's free from solid of course. The urine dries quickly in the saw dust and it doesn't smell at all even after 2 weeks or even 3 weeks of usage, that's how long I can stretch it

not really, not more than the little pellets spillage that just happens on the upstairs litter box that has no cover (because it's small and the cat doesn't want to use it if it has the cover) and on the downstairs one that has a cover, no spillage at all. so far this system works for us and saves time and also money as I can stretch time between cleaning and replenishing the litter boxes. thank you for watching and commenting

Yes it is absolutely a votive ship, in French churches along the seashore they have those too, specially in Brittany.
