This run I fly past parts of Eden, use a torch item, and full recharge spells. Next time I go to Eden I'm going to do the run with no flying, no recharge spells, and no torch and see how much of a difference it is.

So, you must “die“, its impossible to reach the center?. And why when you reborn, you keep some of yours "winged lights"? its from level up spirits?
Yes you must sacrifice yourself for the spirits of the fallen sky kids that you give your winged lights to in Eden. Yeah when you're reborn you get back any winged lights you have gotten from the visiting spirits or the spirits in the different realms of sky that you can unlock things from. This week I'm going to upload a video of me doing an Eden run without flying or using spells or a torch or anything.
