This thing can be built for 6 or 7 thousand dollars.
It really cant because it has extra additions that people dont see. ( they never see them) but they build a bad cheap copy. and it will be a hot box

Would love to but there is not a single cookie cutter to this one yet. Everyone of them has more windows or less sqft or radiant barrier or not.
What I want to know. the 40 foot length. How are the 4x4 or 4x6 timbers arranged underneath? How well can the shed movers move that length with that shed not buckling. I'm wanting to do a 20 ft'er but am worried how do the skid foundation so that it could possibly still be portable.
There's 2 or 4 4x6 runners under each one.If it's fourteen or sixteen feet wide there's gonna be four runners underneath they're notched and the two by six is set in them. These are 4 x 6 pressure treated timbers.They're not going to buckle. I've seen the move.The shed guys pick up one end and then drag them 100 yards before they ever put them to close to the trailer.
You would have no worries on moving a Graceland Portable Building because the small ones are made just like the big ones. some other brands go to a 2x4 joist or have metal joist ( metal doesnt move it just bends) avoid them at all cost Because later if you move them .... They will cost.

I believe all doors are a 36 inch wide residential door. I can find out if you can get a more narrow door if required but it may cost more.
