Aunque la Villa 31 tiene una mala reputación, en los últimos años la seguridad e infraestructura han mejorado mucho. De hecho, actulamente uno puede entrar 'mas tranquilo' a este barrio y aprovechar de los distintos comercios y restaurantes.
