(DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RXNT) I don't know who these people who put the testimonials for RXNT are or if they are even real. We are a medical billing service with multiple clients and were in need of a new billing software. We were promissed 24/7 support, custom reports and an easy transition. They requested an excel report in the format they needed to transfer all our account over. We were also given a 30 day grace period to pull out of the contract if we were unhappy. Here is the problem with that. They take over 6 weeks for the training and it has to be scheduled, by the time you get to actually understand the system and all the lags and issues you are well over the 30 days. RXNT is internet based and lags when doing data entry, payment posting or logging in to a clients account. We've been doing business for over 20 years and we've worked with Kareo/tebra, eclinical, Nextgen, and Ramsoft and RXNT is trash comparison to all these other systems. For customer support you have to open a ticket which gets bounced around, their chat is trash, their turnaround time is a joke and there is no way you can keep up with the work with all the steps you need to do just to input your charges. ******* DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RXNT.

What you really need to know is that Allmeds uses RDP and Tight VNC to make connections from AWS servers into their client systems. HIPAA states clearly that VPN Connections are required for HIPAA compliance. ALLMEDS is not HIPAA compliant using a Free RDP Software that has been hacked multiple times because Vendors like ALLMEDS do not update the software as often as they should. I just got off the phone with one of their technicians who stated "we have thousands of clients and this is how we do it". I told them they need to use a VPN. This is yet another failure of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to actually regulate as they have been tasked to. Hell you cant even call DHHS everything has to be done via email. God forbid your Medical Records are spilled because of companies like ALLMEDS who put their profit margin above any moral responsibility and the FEDERAL Government lets them get away with knowing full well that a high percentage of Health Care Software vendors are doing the same thing daily. USE ALLMEADS AT YOUR OWN RISK! They are cutting corners just like 90% or the other Healthcare Software Vendors out there.
