    Glad to hear that you're feeling positive again. I definitely live on the positive/negative roller coaster all the time. Other people's words of encouragement have always helped to keep me up, to motivate me and I think most importantly, to reassure me that I am on the right track.

    Worth looking up the 5:2 fast diet by Michael Mosley (which is essentially just two very light days a week), that way yer get a bunch of general health benefits, it costs yer nothing, and yer only need hardy discipline on two days a week, which is a bunch easier, and the rest of the time yer can eat a normal healthy diet, though perhaps steer clear of the sugary drinks and such as a principle.     Youre going to be okay bud! And again its not about losing weight...its about doing what is healthy for you. Whether we lose weight or not, if we are not happy within and taking care of ourselves the weightloss will not matter because the issue will still be there. Focus where you want to be and live that life. If you need any help, id be happy to help as much as I could. Peace!

    Good plan with the water and the jug, it's easier to gauge how much you've got to drink in a day if it's altogether in one bottle. Start with 1-2 litres and see how you do, but ideally 2-3 litres is infinitely better. Note, this will make you visit the toilet much more than you're used to, but this is actually normal and good for you. Your kidneys will benefit from that regular flushing of any toxins inside you, especially when losing weight. It will also help regulate appetite. Good luck.

    The very best of luck to you! Once you introduce your body to a consistent daily water intake you really won't find it such a struggle as you might initially. It's just forming the habit and making the change that's the most daunting at first. It's not ever going to satisfy you like soda, but your body will thank you in plenty of ways that make it completely worth it. You don't want to end up looking a dehydrated Cary Grant now do you :)
