So glad, she also give a shout out to her ex-yakuza chairman uncle to the entire nation in her speech. Wouldn't be right leaving them in the dark like that, especially the hard working media journalists. I'm sure all of her colleagues too are living the best success in her absence after that revelation.
Like father, like daughter. They don't have dreams of their own, but they're really good at carrying others' dreams. Sometimes a bit too many at once. Actually that's not true. Their dream is to be a family. And that's just fine. Oh yeah, Aizawa. Forgot you were here. The final boss who even he didn't know why he was there. The yakuza who was made to fulfil his father's dreams. So what I'm saying is Aizawa should've been Haruka's final boss.
1. Haruka never had to reveal she was the adopted daughter of a former yakuza chairman. 2. Kiryu could’ve shuffled back to the Tojo HQs meeting room, grab his cell phone, and call for help.
its really funny how much they leaned into the side of Majima that genuinely cares for Kiryu in this game. It was there in 1 and 2 as well (at least the kiwamis), but always hidden behind something relating to their rivalry whereas here its plain as day
This scene is strong especially because this is a game.....in so many games, you see the main characters ( even "good people" like a Nathan Drake or all the guys adventuring in Final Fantasy games) pile up insane body counts, and it's rarely addressed.
This ending made me realize just how frustating Yakuza 0's existence must've been for the OG fans who had to wait 4 years for a proper conclusion to Yakuza 5 (barely that is, since Yakuza 6 completely forgot about Shinada)
You can tell what you want about rubber bullets but you should remember that Saejima still was serving his time for it, he still was going there with intend to kill everyone, he still was having nightmares from it
Very brave or harhka to make such a decision Loved her speech Tho i loved her songs and wanted to see more But that was the right thing to do As long as shes happy
he just wanted to save his sister.
And then they completely ruin this moment with the rubber bullet shenanigans
that twist literally ruined this scene
this scene is one of the reasons i love saejima so much
Kiryu: *sees garbage truck* My ride's here.
2:50 Me explaining why roblox removing music ruined roblox
Amazing how this whole scene is meaningless thanks to that rubber bullets twist
If we aint like this, i dont want it
Kiryu is very terrifying when he's angry.
bro's the one who nukes an entire city
this speech is as deep as the mariana trench, really a wize moment
Remember y’all, this is the same guy that voiced Mamoru Takamura from Hajime no Ippo.
literally me btw

Asian crime drama at finest, this is for more mature audience, they did well
Everyones talking about the truck, but WHY is there ANGRY BUSINESSMAN ABOUT TO ATTACK KIRYU?
Moral lesson: You don't need a driver license
why didn't kiryu just stay inside Tojo HQ instead of freezing himself half dead
This man and his antics are the reasons I get out of bed in the morning

The fact that Majima doesn't only know how to drive manual, but he knows how to drive 10 WHEELER DUMP TRUCKS nicely with one eye is impressive.

I love that majima starts screaming again after picking up kiryu
I love this scene for so many reasons
Majima makes a great r2d2 impersonation
Just then I completely forgot about the story and kept doing the dojo sh for the next 10 hours
Kiwami 3 needs to happen for this scene alone
It would be a shame if a shitty plot twist would ruin such a touching character revelation
During that scene, I became a fan of him, but before the bullet was just a rubber.
he sounds so distressed 😭😭 i love himmmmmmm
This is how Kiryu's story should have ended. Accidental children, forceful separation and now literal cancer can go to hell for all I care.
this moment right here is why i hold Y4 in the high tier
is saejima is the only tiger back?
Shimano
And then they undermined this emotional beast of a speech with the most stupid plot twist in the entire franchise.

I like to think this truck is a leftover from Majima Construction.
