Derived from family these seasonings and sauces bring people together. This is Smoke ‘n Magic. Created through many hours of cooking with family and friends. These seasonings and sauces will wake up your pallet with umami flavors. Add bold, beefy flavor to liven up your brisket. Add a little sweetness with some heat for your chicken and a little sweet goodness and beautiful color to your pork. We have created a combination of flavors designed for each meat in order to enhance the taste of the meat itself. The layers of flavor add a dynamic experience to grilling. what seasonings are best for pork to make it a bit more tender or is it based on grill heat?
The tenderness does not happen with rub choices. Tenderness happens really happens in the wrap process. We smoke the pork until the rub is set and color looks good. Then, we wrap until it’s done. Don’t go based off temperature. Go off of feel when you push the temperature probe into the meat. It should feel like you are probing a room temperature stick of butter and not have any tug when you pull the temperature probe out.

I'm sorry when I think of outdoor kitchen I think of a grill sitting down below the awning on a patio with some lawn chairs around it and a table with a big table umbrella and a whole bunch of beer

@smokenmagic9100 I just checked it. Looks like Walmart carries Prarie Fresh, but some of the reviews look terrible. I'll stop by this weekend and check it out in person. Thanks again!
