Stabilized microbubbles provide ultrasound contrast between vascular structures and other tissues is due to the high echogenicity of the bubbles and their nonlinear response. Superheated perfluorocarbon droplets can also be used to produce bubbles in situ by ultrasound in a process termed acoustic droplet vaporization (ADV). These droplets can be used as vascular agents, made sufficiently small...

The case of the disappearing essential tremor
That was a tremendous experience as I am considering getting the ultrasound because my tremors are affecting my performance and recoding work on a daily basis. I am a lifelong musician playing electric bass guitar and piano/keyboards. The ET happened at my creative prime after many years of practice and performance. It seems as though ultrasound is the only technique that can fix the issue, the only problem is that only one hand at a time can be done at a time over a 6 month period as I have the condition in both hands. Again thank you for posting this video and all envolved in creating it. This video is pricess to someone considering the technique and actually see the entire experience from start to finish and beyond is supremely valuable and inspiring. Much Appreciation!
Thanks for sharing this innovative, modern procedure(s) that’s available outpatient procedure without going for surgical knife, right, superb doctors, nurses and techs. And brave Kotecha, Cheers! God bless!!
How wonderful to give hope to everyone who has Parkinsons
Is this treatment available in the USA??
This is very good, i have this problem, how can you treat me Doctor?
I had this exact procedure done in southern California in June 2021. After the procedure was completed and I got dressed, I could not walk. The doctor disappeared and I never saw him again. When I got home, it was time to go to the bathroom. I had to crawl to the bathroom. When I was finished, I tried to get up, but I instantly fell onto the toilet. Then once I got myself un entangled from the toilet, I had to crawl back to my bed. The next day was my follow up with the doctor. He was nowhere to be found. I was only met by the department administrator and a physical therapist. The long and short of this procedure was but I sustained a stroke and absolutely no improvement in my tremors. The ultrasound waves were so strong that they literally bounced around on my forehead because they were too strong. Again, the only thing I got out of this procedure was a stroke, no improvement of my ET and a bill for $1250!
I'm SO SORRY for you. I hope you got a good doctor to care for you now.
I think I'd tell the hospital to find Dr. Feelgood and send the bill to him. You may have a case for a malpractice lawsuit.
@@JimErvin-d2i Unfortunately, any procedure on the brain carries risks.
This procedure has been carried out in Australia for years now. St Vincent's hospital does it. I think a Melbourne University first discovered it. 🥰☘👍
This procedure works for Parkinson's disease too. It should be tried on all people with Motor Neurons. ❤
How is this nice man doing today?
My heartnached for.this man and his caring family. It seems that the Doctors could have avoided unnecesary pain in the beginning. Best wishes to this family.❤
I have Essential Tremor for years It has become much worse this year. I was at hospital recently and the Doctor noticed it. I told him I hope to get the procedure done. He knew nothing about the procedure. He never heard of it. 🥰🥳😇🌹⛽
Great
These days those horrendous screws aren't used.
Yes they are still being used
This is great ,was hoping to have this non invasive procedure but found out this only helps with hand tremors ,not head or voice
I went through this procedure. It was wild what I experienced. During the procedure I saw lights and stars. It was an unearthly experience. The tremor in my left hand has almost disappeared. But it did nothing for the restlessness I feel throughout my body. It’s like having the chills constantly. My ability to cope with this is worse than the tremors. I can’t sleep because I feel the anxiety going through my veins constantly. This is a condition that is highly related to ET. What can we do about that because it’s driving some of us with this condition insane.
how do you feel right now
@@abrarangel5706 I have found a physical but rewarding job and that in itself has helped a lot. I’m tired when I get home so I sleep better. I feel better than I have in years. I’m in better physical and mental condition. I hope others find this procedure helpful for them. But it’s not the total fix for the condition. Working hard and good coping skills has contributed tremendously to helping with this condition. The tremors and other symptoms don’t make you useless in life. Stay active and persue life in a positive way. This will help you more than any medication they can give you. Stay strong and don’t give up.
How are u now...plz share..full detail so that people suffering with this and deciding for such therapy can be really helped. Thx
@@girlzglam5413 I’m doing great with little to no tremor in my left hand. I would say I have noticed a decrease in all other areas of my body with the tremor. Although given some time I now have noticed an increase in fatigue and lack of strength in my left arm. I don’t know how much of this is related to the procedure, If any. I have found it odd that after the procedure I haven’t been contacted by the hospital or any staff about side effects or improvements gained from the procedure. Especially considering I was the second patient in the western half of the country to have the procedure performed. My restlessness has subsided a little over time but I still have nights where it’s extreme. Overall I have experienced relief in my left arm from the tremor which has allowed me to go back to work and achieve a happier lifestyle. I hope this helps others in their decision to have the procedure performed.
@@girlzglam5413 I’m doing pretty good. My left arm and hand hardly ever has a tremor. I still have an anxiety tingling occasionally. Other than that I’m doing great. I do believe the procedure was successful in doing what it claimed it would do. Which is calm down the tremor in the left arm and hand if not eliminate it. I still have a slight tremor intermittently that is related to the anxiety or adrenaline rushes. I hope this helps you with the decision to get the procedure done.
Has this lasted so far?!we were told this wouldn’t last much more than 15 years.
My husband has severe tremors, he is ready for this surgery. In the US they only do one side of the brain at a time.
I wash oh I wish you come to terms with the fact these bubbles are full of ionised gas & when collapsed perfectly will create micrometer ball lightening which can perform transmutation in LENR experiments
I like to get in touch with professor wady Gedroyc because I have got essential tremors live in London I like to have same treatment
Plz sir. Plz tell
Plz share hospital location and dr. Name. I m and my brother is suffering from all tremor. #Request
I don't believe this. I have it and study about it. There is no cure
Can this be used after having a dbs implanted?
But, how long does it last?
Mums had tremors for years or so. Gp has never mentioned this to her, only drugs, or botox.
Shaking hand, dont grab wrist, just place other hands fingers on shaking hand (wont stop just steady it) ❤️🩹
Tremor has not returned
Have there been any other issues related to the procedure? Thanks
That is wonderful!
The result is permamnant??
Good job
Hi, I suffer from this and would really like someone to guide, recommend how I can source this treatment either on the NHS or independently. Thanking all in advance as it is becoming really challenging as the days go by.
I had this procedure done and it only lasted about 10 to 12 months. i hope it works better for him.
What is the name of the treatment or procedure?
Hate how they don’t mention it only works on one “hand” not side of the body and only lasts at most 3 fucking years before everything goes back to shit 😭
Understand this is still under study/experimental
Then what did they tell you to do? Take it again?
u had this prodecure?
Great, but I didn't understand what this procedure? what It’s called? and its mechanism of action.
It’s called Focused Ultrasound Ablation, i believe.
I want this treatment 😭
Professor Tang so nicely explained the ULM concept that it became super-resolutionally clear !!!! Awesome.
Wow
Excellent, Very clear and helpful, thanks soooo much !!
Please help me.......answer the surgery name.....cost of surgery
Amazing
Is it still he life
Is this dbs surgery pls reply
Pls reply....surgery name, which surgery he do
This is being done in the US…but is approved only for 1 side…
Wonderful. 💯👏
Any updates? Is this available in US? Thanks!
What the hell is this ... Can we cure this ????? Permanently ????
What an enormous relief for those folks who had the treatment. How do we get this remarkable treatment in South Africa?
I am also in S Africa and would love to have the treatment here.
Very nice
Can anyone please tell me the approximate cost of this procedure in US dollars? I can't imagine anything but very expensive PPO insurance plan covering this
You'd have to google it. If doctor finds necessary you can probably be approved by any insurance to cover it. Just like with my breast reduction. Its typically seen as a cosmetic surgery so they dont normally pay for it but because my general physician is stating its necessary I get it done, they approved it.
It was free my father had it in the UK at the hospital as they were doing research. I believe it may have been approved by NHS now but its best to check with them

@@KishanKotechaArtist what is the name of the procedure? I am so glad that it helped your father! My sister really needs this treatment.
I hope they can treat voice tremor too.... Its so frustrating to have voice tremor too.... It effects our personality it made me timid and lose my confident most of the time and i also dread talking on the phone..... Im so happy for mr.dinesh cos i can relate what he gone through tho our tremor is not same
Happens with me too sometimes, and this is why I lose confidence.. People think we get nervous, but actually it is a combination of nervousness and tremors
@@MuhammadAbdullah-pw1dw yes exactly. Whenever we have to make a speech our mind wonders if our voice is going to shake that makes us nervous a bit. Then when the actual speech making comes the combination of both makes us mess things up. Its so frustrating sometimes
That is amazing. I suffer from the seem this video proves to me that it can be treated. Thanks
