Ok this video is 5 years old. How has the finish on the lights held up?
Still in excellent condition. They are a little baked. But nothing another spray over wont fix. For something so cheap I do recommend it
How do I wire the white wire up do I do a 12v from battery to switch then switch to white wire
What white wire? And also are you running a pod system or are you hooking it directly to a switch?

Question. I have a pair with white backlighting. Do I have to run a separate switch or can I run the white and red together to the same switch so they are on at the same time??
So what I did is run them in separate switches. The reason is because I wanted to use the different lightings for different occasions. But I was able to run both at the same time if I did want to.

Thanks for the video, the lift I had installed on my 2018 Sport S required wheel spacers and I used the same G2. Have they been good for you? Are they hubcentric?
They been very good to me. The Jeep currently is running 35 inch tires and I drive it super hard. I take it on plenty of trips and I do lots of off-roading. It has not given me any problems yet

Is it safe to install wheel spacers?
Been running wheel spacers on all my Jeeps and never have had any trouble. They do recommend to change them out once in a while.

I believe its a 30 amp one. I might be wrong though
I currently have a fuse tap for my halos into the M6. Wonder if I could join both wires together into the tap provided or tap separately.

Is the fuse block relay center waterproof to be mounted under your hood for extreme off road conditions??? Be cause I'm purchasing the kit this Friday to mount under my hood of my ZJ Jeep
They said it is. I haven’t taken it in extreme conditions where a lot of water is involved. But so far it has not given me any problems!

Mimicks Off-Road you should go back and solder that connection and use heat shrink ( preferably adhesive heat shrink to waterproof the connection)
Hey, where does the ground go on the battery? Ive never grounded a product that goes to the battery, I only had to ground to the chassis. Where do I ground the freaking thing?
Ground it to the Negative Side of the battery. So there Is a "+" side and "-" side. The "-" side is your Negative Side, that is your Ground. So the Negative Side is your Ground when it comes to connecting things to your Battery.
@@mimicksoffroad I found where im supposed to put it, turned out I didnt have a flange nut to keep it down! Had to run to The Home Depot and pick it up. For my battery terminal, i needed an M6x1.0 Flange Nut, Everbilt makes them for anyone who also needs this nut.
@@mimicksoffroad However when I was tightening down my power wire to my relay pod, the screw snapped right in two, way too low to get anything onto it. Im gonna call Rough Country tomorrow and if they cant give me a replacement circuit board im just going to solder the shitter on.

Good video! Do you know if there are custom button labels for this unit or are they all the same generic switch labels?
Isaac Cohen as far as i know they have not made specific aftermarket custom switches for this Controller System. But i have seen people make there own custom switches and implement them in there MLC-6 Systems.
So how much does it actually quite down the rattling? I have a 35” BFG on there now and it rattles like crazy while off roading. Thanks.
Chris Mak hey man! So i have spent some quite of time driving it and messing with it to get the best results. With all honesty, it does help the rattle. It doesn’t eliminate it completely, but it will help fix at least 70% of the rattle. Honestly i think thats very good for the price of it. Im going to try and put some bump stops on the tailgate to see if it will eliminate the problem 100%. Ill let you know how that goes in the future. Please share this video and subscribe! Mimicks Off-Road I got one and installed it yesterday, I’m up in the Sierras and purposely did some rough off road as a test, and yes it’s waaaay better. I moved mine up so it’s snug up on the tire, it’s for sure a big help. Thanks!
