Elena Maganto is a PhD and Functional Medicine Practitioner. She holds a PhD in Molecular Biology and postdoctoral training at Harvard University Medical School. As a research scientist, she dedicated herself to the study of inflammatory diseases. Her work has been published in a variety of scientific journal.
As a child, Elena suffered numerous digestive disorders and weight loss resistance. Her inspiration for change was her mother, who suffered from fibromyalgia but healed using Food As Medicine. It opened Elena’s eyes to the way she wanted to help others. Enemas have been my first line of defense since 1995 for detoxing, beauty, fitness, health, and wellness needs.
Thanks for sharing. Makes me feel that I am not alone and less worried now. Usually when I have my period I empty myself of poop (than I can poop until 4 times that first or second day of that period). And the majority of the periods are (1st or 2nd day) extremely painful screaming painful. A week ago was like that screaming painful and feeling sick at the digestive system (felt really sick) and I did go 4 times. Now is 8 full days since and I have not go yet, so was starting to be worried. It was a stressful week, especially yesterday, I was in a high tension “fight or fly” state for hours so probably that stress week (insecure scared worried and terrified) have contributed to that longer than usual wait. That week I have barely even eat, less than half the food other would, was too worried. When I read hear that other people experience similar periods and that can be related with stress and worry and scared states, that reassured me so I can try and just relax and recover from that extremely stressful week, with the knowledge that when The stress come down I will go. I share this experience of mine too so maybe it helps someone else. Best wishes to all

I have horrible city water, so no bidet. That said, I've made cloth wipes from flannel sheets. I also keep a small jar of filtered water (with colloidal silver) to dip them in if needed. P.S....I make my own detergents so, no chemicals there either. 😊

I invested and tried so many protein powders I have egg whited protein powder in my house but never knew I could use it like a protein shake.....I cannot have Pea protein powder it bloats and upsets my stomach, Cant have whey Protein (although I can eat cheese) regardless if its isolate blows me up and bad stomach reaction I bought some sample powders from MariGold and sometimes hurts and upsets my stomach also I bought MIKUNA (chocho) protein but haven't tried that yet HELP ......ALL I want is to replace a meal sometimes with a powder add some great add-ins and not get sick (I have 4 different forms of Lupus Ive been on a get rid of inflammation Ketovore Intermittent diet for almost 2 years lost a lot of weight and have cut down on my inflammation except for my stomach most of the time GREAT but sometimes not good...I even bake and use flax, hemp, almond flour, coconut flour, bamboo fiber eat whole foods always cook its frustrating Thank you for this video and sorry about the rant....Julianna Raleigh, NC
