We are very glad to have done business with him and acquire this piece of property, that he established before we even moved to this area. The property pays for itself and was a sound investment.

@@thecreatorinme7 Don't take me wrong, It makes me happy when I see someone prosper, specially with a piece of land because I have land as well. But I don't see it right mixing God with business for profit. The story I have heard of Jesus never mentioned he was profiting with business alongside. Forgive me for my ignorance, but I don't see it right. Everytime I see more evidence that churches are more a business to acquire properties and avoid taxes than the actual purposes they were created for. Please guide me if I am missing something.

@@elisealdrich1166 well thank you! We have a 1998 Gala Model mobile home. When we bought it there were holes in the ceiling and floor, and most the windows were busted out. It was in sad shape. But with a lot of love, hard work and money (🤭) we’ve brought it back to life. Thank you for joining us

Thank you so much, your encouragement is humbling. We found our mobile home on Facebook marketplace priced at $15k plus moving fees. The seller ended up accepting our offer of 10k. The moving fees were around 5k and the foundation prep was around $2k. We had to pay for everything out of pocket. Once the house was here we were able to pull a small 7 year loan from equity on another property to start the renovating. We made a lot of cosmetic upgrades inside but I feel essential upgrades are new double pane windows for efficiency and roof coverings over all exterior doors or at the least storm doors to prevent moister problems. I’m no expert, but it sounds like you might be able to sell, and since your downsizing have the cash to make a renovation like this possible. If you want to get the process going before a sale… (there’s a little more risk involved to this option) But, if you have good credit and equity in your home. I recommend going to a small community bank, they have more accommodating rules to help the “average joe”. See about pulling out against your equity in your home to start the process of land purchasing and finding a mobile to place and renovate. Then with the sale of your old home you might (if all the numbers are right) be able to pay things off and be debt free or close to it. Not sure if any of this helps, but I pray wisdom and favor over your dreams to downsize. A mobile is the best option for a nice affordable home.

@@thecreatorinme7 this is extremely helpful! I realize the economy has changed drastically in the past few years, but all I can find are mobile homes for $140,000 and up. Often that includes a small piece of land. Before I bought the house I’m in, I looked at a double wide and was close to paying $220,000 … I just couldn’t justify that number! I sincerely appreciate you and will attack my hopes with prayer! God never steers us in the wrong direction!

Yes, everything is ok. I’ve had to take a small break and regroup a bit… I apologize for the nothingness… It’s easy to get overly focused on content and editing, it is just so taxing on my time. I do have things I’ve recorded, and hope to share it soon ☺️

You’re so right. Removing the wallpaper isn’t an option just properly covering it up. A drywall contractor said oil based primer is best choice then do your coats of wall color otherwise you’re likely to get peeling paint. 👍 that’s what we did and so far so good

Right!? I was so impressed. They learn a lot of native traditions in our school district, so they came home with that for me. ❤️ The double appliances are great, must admit. My oldest son moved out and missed doing all his laundry at once 😂
