First time I’ve been to your channel . just got done tying a couple dozen steelhead and trout Spey flies and took a break . Looked at RUclips and there you were , nice . That brush looks like a bush but it has all the right stuff the problem I’ve had with brushes is the wire thickness and end up just cutting one side of the brush putting it into my own composite loop to help reduce bulk are yours any different ? Went to your website very nice selection of stuff . Thanks for the video

Yes. There is nothing else that even comes close. It has enabled me to innovate on a whole new level. I go through so much of it tho. I really wish there was a way I could buy in bulk.

Good vid, thanks for sharing. I LOVE the fly fur. I hope you guys add more color options soon! I'd REALLY like some more variegated (barred or grizzley) options other than just black and white! Also, just a quick tip... maybe dont wear a black tee? It makes it near impossible to see what ur doing from the far shot.

I have been using this for a couple of years. The day I discovered this material Craft Fur was dead to me. Awesome material to work with and it really breathes in the water. Glad to hear of the "green" aspect to this!

Ive seen steelhead caught on the white filter material from a cigarette butt. We use to use a piece of red yarn and thats it.

What do you recommend to cut your brushes with?

by just simply tying so many flies with the brushes i know exactly how much of the brush i will use up and before attaching the brush i cut a small section of the brush by removing the fibers then i have no bulk tying off and can see exactly where the wire core is..solarez bone dry i think is the best resin out there now and all ive been using till sumthing better comes along if thats even possible..the brush form will make your tying much much much quicker and easier and neater..tight lines

brush form of any of the resins is just soooo much faster and neater with no thick or thin spots..nice video..

great things these dubbing brushes and ive used yours and really like alot of things that these brushes can do for you...like to use the solarez bone dry uv resin but i wrap the brush thru the resin and after making 1 full turn around the hook shank is when i cure the resin with my light,,,i like a single bulb with a very tight beam that cures the resin really good and gets rite thru the material with no problem... must say i cringe though everytime i see you break your thread after whip finishing...you will eventually have a fly come apart from that...two seperate 3 or 4 turn whip finishes and please cut the thread..
