In this video I'm floating the clay sculptures off of the UltraCal-30 life cast (which had previously been treated with Alcote). Then putting three of them flat on a piece of plexiglass and the fourth onto a modified life cast. lastly, I cleaned up the edges and worked on the texture a bit.

Applying a Silicone Shark Bite Prosthetic! (Making a Large Silicone Prosthetic Part 3)
Просмотров 2055 лет назад
in this video I apply the silicone shark bite prosthetic that I made in my last two videos. I apply it using Snappy G to adhere it to the skin, then Skin Illustrator to paint it, and for blood I used EBA's "The Blood". In this video I am sculpting a large shark bite prosthetic in monster clay, to later be molded and cast in silicone. I used a medical photo of a really weird looking shark bite that I found online as reference.

Hello, Are the eyes possible to look through? That seem like it would look completely black but i ask in case you had a solution for that :) Awesome work anyway.
Where did you go, I can't find you on Instagram anymore!
Erm we miss you
Hello 👋 I wanted to know, what brand of expanding foam did you use to fill the head up? Excellent work.
What did u use in taking the mould is that resin or cement?
Awesome! I just wish I could see how you did the eyes, the video cut a bit too soon ahah
Share the materials needed please.

Awesome but his back part of head is too short
Nicely done. I'we watched the Face-off series all seasons and never seen those bolted eye techniques. Why that? How does it help?
Wow very amazing it helps so much good to see others focus on anatomy.😁
Hi, which clay are you using?
Very easy for me to change my appearance..... I leave bait as well..... variance
Same 🤣🤣
how many bottles did it take to do this cast? did you just buy the 2 pints? the gallon?
I bought 3 of the 2 pint kits for this, I believe it only took 2 of them though.
@@TheUrbanApe THANKS!
Aye thanks so much for this question and video I just bought two kits and was hoping it was enough
Did you pour the liquid monster clay into a 2 piece plaster mould to get the severed head ..thanx
Do you only use latex and colour to make those prosthetic?
It's nice
What material do you use?
I don't quite understand, why are you using alcohol to blend the edges and on the other hand are you using alcohol palettes to paint? Painting with that doesn't destroy the encapsulated? helppp :(
Oh, and what did you use to get that final glossy look?
Alcohol does dissolve the encapsulate when you use enough of it for long enough with enough pressure, which works perfectly to blend in the edges. When I'm painting though I only dab it very lightly with the brush, not hard enough to really disturb the cap plastic. If you try it you'll see what I mean, it's kinda hard to describe🤷🏻♂️
Kirpnat I think I just used a little fake blood. If I remember correctly I think it was "The Blood" by EBA👍
@@TheUrbanApe Thank you very much!! Just one more question haha, how many layers of super baldiez did you apply? You also run the hair dryer over each layer, right?
How do you make the eyes? beautifull work!
Santiago Castro thanks! They were “acrylic dome magnifiers” with painted pieces of paper under them to make the eye design👍
Hmmmm
You are very talented. Do you sell any of. your SW masks? Or would you cast another one? Just cast, the paintjob I would do myself.
how much for a mask?
