Thanks Joey, Tassie has some great motorcycling roads, you’ll love it, but if you’re staying at or around the harbour Salamanca area, parking is difficult. A lot of the older accommodations don’t have parking, so do your research before booking. You probably wouldn’t want your bike out on the street overnight. Thanks for the tip with the music. 🤙🏼

Thank you! Try to aim at arriving at Charlotte Plains around lunchtime to get a good spot. Everyone seems to leave mid morning and arrive mid-late afternoon. So if you aim for lunch time you should be 👌🏼

Jules and I were a little 'caught off guard' by the amount of things to see and do in and around Charleville so we are already talking about our next trip back out there. And the daily weather balloon launch sounds right up our alley. Ha Ha thanks for the 2 finger wave, safe travels, see you out there, I'll give you a full commitment wave!

We stayed for a couple of days Greg and what we noticed was everyone leaving mid morning and the new arrivals filtering in after lunch. So if you aimed at arriving late morning / lunchtime, you’d get a good spot. Definitely take a tarp for the ground so you’re not getting too many prickles in your van. 😉 Have a great time out there, it’s an awesome place. And if you get to Charleville allow plenty of time there, there’s a lot to see and do. Also, if you’re planning on staying at Westmar, camp in the free camp behind the Hotel, the road trains stop at the other one down the road and you’ll have to put up with generators and cattle’s hooves all night. Behind the hotel is 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼😴 Safe travels
