Most, if not all of these are not in Russia. Who are you kidding?

A russian friend of mine told me once that the number of car crashes there is higher than in other countries due several reasons: poor maintenance of the roads, harsh weather conditions, few road signs and inexperienced/agressive drivers. The reason to watch more than average russian crashes is they were the first to install videocameras to proof scams (pedestrians throwing themselves into the cars to get juicy cash compensations) as well as evidence in traffic trials.

Don't Russian cars have brakes? I see numerous incidents where damage could have been avoided by normal braking action.
