If people only knew what is in commercial dog foods, they would be heartbroken at what they've been feeding their beloved pets. Essentially Dogs website has the research to prove this. Please take the time to investigate and be informed. It's gross, but you'll never go back to commercial food and you'll see how you cannot trust government or big business AT ALL. A raw diet is the only way to feed a healthy diet. Our pets trust us completely. Don't let them down. 🥰

The only organ meat that is in our stores, is liver. I find it hard to find the type meat to feed. Years ago, I could find all kinds of appropriate cuts of meat. But not now.

Whole chicken is ~ 25% bone. So if the total diet is 50% of your chicken grind or turkey entree and 50% of your boneless beef entree then that puts the overall bone content at roughly 12%. Is that what you are promoting? Twelve percent is good bone content but double that would be getting a bit high in my opinion. To incorporate more variety, I would use lightly cooked egg yolk with scrambled egg white to replace some of the liver some of the time. I would cook the sweet potato. That is just me. Some would say you should add more Mg, Zn (cooked mussels or oysters) and several times a week serve with canned sardines (packed in water with skin and bones) for omega 3 fatty acids. Your dogs are lucky you don't feed them kibble. I have a small grinder that is doing well for the time being grinding chicken wings. As I get more into this, I think I will buy a 1.5 HP grinder from Cabella's. Great video.
