Don't think it has anything to do with excessive rocking, but yes a single locomotive is always limited to 30 mph. Damage from the derailment had nothing to do with it.

no, any light single engine cannot go above 30, because of excessive rocking, unless it has cars attached to it.
yea, the dispatcher told the crew they were "limited to 30 MPH" which meant they couldn't go over 30

That camera was there way, WAY before the crash came to existence. Besides, it's something that you dont see every day. The camera was placed there for the sole purpose of catching trains, cool events, or phenomenal. The camera catching a collision is just a coincidence.

Dispatcher said he'd call EMS, which is medical and is great, but the crew clearly said a fire. No location given such as two miles past switch NNNN onto such and such division. The dispatcher would be sending the fire service on a goose chase. The crew did not indicate if any of their loads had hazmat (the train was not all pig).

No, The service is called "Auto Train.". The people ride in the passenger cars, and their autos come along on the rear of the train.
Hopefully CSX will repair the locomotives
5402 might be scrapped, the front of it is destroyed, 7256 should be fine, 245 might get repaired also has damage to front and sides, 3299 has front damage so maybe, and 3469 should get repaired
