wat did you do to promote yourself into f4?
He drove well in karts, and ginettas. Then asked Prema for a drive, which he then gave them a few hundred grand, and is now in F4. You can just straight up pay an F4 team a few hundred and you’d be on the grid. Not really much a prerequisite.
