so there was this period in my life when i kept attracting the wrong people, wrong opportunities, everything just felt…off. i couldn’t figure out why it kept happening. then one day, a friend mentioned a book called Vibrations of Manifestation by Alex Lane, saying it helped them see the patterns they didn’t even realize they had. i decided to give it a read, and wow, it opened my eyes to how much my own energy was shaping my life. seriously, this book is something else.

Some of my earliest ASMR experiences were in the local library ( I didn’t know what it was of course) the rubberised floors that squeaked, the plastic covers on books, the stamps and little cards ( this is in the late 70s! )

Former bookseller here, A graphic novel is an illustrated novel, generally longer and with more variety of style compared to comic books for example. It's referred to as "adult" just because of darker themes and complex storylines. My fav one is Persepolis by Marjane Satrapi, it's the story of the author growing up in Téhéran under very strict religious laws. It's also been made into a very good movie. 😊

I love the stillness in a library. The hushed voices make for some great ASMR.
