I have the same boat but a 2002, where did you install the air conditioner unit, and where is the water intake at?
My unit was factory installed under the captain’s chair. The water intake pump was between the motor and the fresh and black water tanks. A factory mounted piece of plywood held the pump in place. It is essential the pump be below the waterline. If I were installing one, I would not install it this way. Most all other cabin cruisers place the unit inside the cabin. This prevents getting return air from the exterior or more importantly the engine room. My 310 sea ray had the unit inside the cabin under the bed. I think I would install it this way. There are a few places one could fit in the cabin. If you need further help reach out to me and we can talk on the phone or something. We loved our 2455 😊 Blessings!
Thanks. Our marina could not figure out how to do it. We are selling the Bayliner. We just bought a Sea Ray. Good to know though

It’s a good looking boat. I have an ‘87. It’s neat to see the changes in the next generation, plus your upgrades. I love the elec cooler on slides. Is that microwave mounted or set up front there? Thank you for the tour. Cheers!
It is mounted. I moved up to a 33 ft Sea Ray and have loved it.
