Is there a way to disable it ?
Se pueden bloquear los SMS flash??
No, not specifically. However, new iOS versions deliver these only to the screen if your device is currently active. Otherwise, they get delivered like ordinary SMS. And many Android phones deliver Flash SMS always as ordinary SMS.
How do you stop them? I am getting spammed now this way.
