How du peeps I'm a 48 year old average runner, I run to try bring awareness to causes such as Blesma the forces charity ,the Royal British Legion ,mental health and Organ donation awareness
I run on road and trails also obstacle course races ,Yorkshire Warrior ,Tough Mudder and Total Warrior .
I class my self as an average endurance runner ,running up to 100 miles a week ,running an average of 6 days a week when possible [I do have a full time job ]
I don't particular like or love running but its something I can do so I do it ,as it helps my mental health .
Shoes I run in are New Balance,Nike and saucony
