Bhai mera toh abhi bhi zero brokerage hi lag raha h kotak neo me pichle ek saal se use kar raha hu ???

Never use kotak, zero brokerages ke chakkar me pura account saaf hojayega , iam 10k loss in 1 day dueto technical glitches

Toh ab aa gaya yeh option kisi mein free brokerage wala

I got the same issues too. It didn't close the order at time and made many losses. Time to close the account.

I have also personally used kotak in tha past. Mere sath aise b kotak mai kaafi problems aai interface ke sath. The app always kept on lagging. Maine iss cheez se pareshaan hokr broker change kr kiya. Mai ab Shoonya app use kr rhi hu and ye kaafi acha hai. Abhi mujhe 2 months hi hue hai use krte hue and abhi takk as such koi lag nahi aaya sb kaafi smooth hai. I can surely recommend this app to everyone, if you are planning on switching brokers.

Kotak ke inteface mai time to time problems aati rehti hai. Mere sath b aisa kaafi baar hua hai isiliye maine broker hi change kr liya. I think Shoonya by Finvasia kaafi better hai isse. Kotak ke customer support mai bhi kaafi problems hai, Shoonya iss maamle mai kaafi sorted hai. Unka customer support kaafi helpful hai.

बहुत बेकार app है...20 हजार की holdings फसी पड़ी है...ऑर्डर reject हो रहा है 3 महीनो से...। और पता नही कौन कौन से चार्ज लगा कर अकाउंट नेगेटिव करते रहते हैं...5000 add किए वो भी 0 show हो रहा फंड section मे 😭😭 कस्टमर सर्विस बहुत बेकार है कोई solution न देते...आधा 1घंटे होल्ड करने के बाद कॉल डिस्कनेट कर देते हैं😭😭 क्या करें समझ नही आ रहा😡😡

Kotak neo often glitches more than others while huge orders punched. Never comfortable trading with it, poor so called support which never troubleshoot your issues.
