Question…knee arthritis…some PT’s say don’t work quad since it pushes pressure onto knee…which of those exercises would work best?
Out of the 3 - start with Patrick or Poliquin Step Up on flat ground
Dumb…. And slow down …. Don’t do these ? But if you do slow down!!!
Knee Flexion is a fast twitch muscle response - slow is great but these are best done explosive for the carry over to athletic activities such as running and sprinting
I knew this was a lie.
Wonderful! I have been meditating on communion from this angle for a bit. The scriptures closely associate health and death! Wtf! Its true the snake on the pole, the two trees etc. This brother is right on the money! Jesus said call to remembrance while you partake. We don't have many rituals in Chrisitianity. Ok that's not true we have many but none top communion. Its the most powerful ritual known to mankind. Its so precious that it has a warning!! From Paul the most liberal Christian ever!! Just do it. I use real wine and the best I can get! Then I use good bread! Flat bread is better as that is what he used! Use the best you have! Take it as serious as it is meant! Examine your heart. The issue is you have to eat the bread before the wine!! It takes work and it kind of is hard to do. Its not that pleasant to eat bread without drinking anything until your done! Let that reality sink in! Experience the flavors and everything but all the while your thinking about Jesus. Then when your done you drink the wine. Just drink it anyway you want but remember Jesus. Taste the alcohol of the wine and the sweetness of the grapes! Alcohol is dead fruit! Its the spirit of the fruit! Taste it! This is his blood! Not pagan sacrifice blood but God's blood! Life of the flesh is in the blood, Everything you have genetically is in your blood! Jesus didn't have an earthly father! That's what your drinking! The very essence of the living God. That's the key. Then after you have drunk it and experienced the bread and all the thoughts and things that arise give thanks. Boom communion. Not complicated but serious. Watch what happens! Either all hell will break loose or nothing or something may happen. Does not matter. Do it all the time. Its a ritual. As often as you drink it and eat it you show the Lords death until He comes. What does that mean? Well that is a huge question. Basically it's Faith! What it means to you is what it means! Its a hole with no escape! It just keeps expanding. Then it seems you find yourself somewhere else at times.
I think what's also great about that is you can perhaps do that on a bed or yoga mat as well? Amazing how we can strengthen our shoulders almost anywhere. Also, do peratials apply to other body parts other than shoulders?
The concept of a short range isometric can be done in other areas yes
It's interesting, I don't know what's the difference or mix with the so called "ley lines" and "energetic work" and this kind of christ-awareness/heavenly kingdom teachings. Love to see what kind of fruits it will bring.

Idk about that my man, I have this squats in my leg routine but what I do is just put my feet lower on the platform for my knees to bend in a narrower angle.
Probably feels great - lots of ways to vary it
@ThePatrickBell Yeah, it actually does a pretty good work, even though is hard for me to grow muscle, being 6.3 feet tall and an ectomorph, I could notice the difference between before and after putting this squat in my workout routine.

Hey man what if when I stretch like this sometimes it sends a sharp pain to my lower back causing me to barely be able to walk or stand up straight. It goes away within 30 seconds to a minute but it’s really weird. I wanna be able to stretch my back with out worrying about it

I also tried this off the rack, No wonder what the f**k i was doing, I thought i was doing zercher GMs but now i know i was doing this Jefferson Curl 😂😂. I did this with 70 Kgs for 3 Reps after the workout . If i do this, can it make my back of steel or broken spine into pieces. Can it replace hyperextension?? How it will help in my deadlift?? Bcuz i m trying from nearly 2 years i m not able to break my PR of 140 KGs, I can hit reps but with a spotter only and that i don't like.
After not deadlifting for years it allowed me to deadlift my previous 1RM with straps and a belt without all that and completely raw with a few reps in the tank (405lbs)

That's maybe the dumbest move I've ever seen. Dude's gonna blow out a disk before he ever shoulders the bar. This move is just a dumb stunt that will give him an injury he'll be dealing with for the rest of his life. There were at least 3 spots where the geometry or weight distribution is all out of whack. He needs to start from a rack or just get a couple of spotters to help you get that bar on your shoulders.
