This is a family of Resplendent Quetzal in the cloud forest in the north of Chiapas, Mexico. Being one of the most beautiful birds on earth, sadly it is considered in Mexico as an endangered specie. This video is intended to create awarenes on the importance of taking all steps and actions to protect it. It is believed to be undergoing a "moderately rapid population decline" due to deforestation.
